Used his Ramadan special and ordered two logos. I wasnt expecting much but the logos were beyond exceptional. The design was one of the best I've seen and would normally cost ALOT more. One of them needed a slight revision and it was done in a few minutes. Communication is great and he is one of the better selleres on BHW. OP is highly recommended, and I'm actually about to purchase additional logo needs from him.

I ordered one logo. I gave the details. In return I got one logo and I did a revision. I recieved the same logo but with some changes. I also recieved another concept. So far so good.
But the thing is that the second concept I recieved I was sure I had seen before. A quick google search, and there it was. My "unique" logo. They had done some minor changes, but it the logo they sent me was almost exactly the same as the one at Istockphoto.com.

Then I did some more google searches. Suddenly I also found the first logo they sent me. That was copied from Photosearch.com. It was exactly the same logo. No changes.

I asked for a refund and they offered me to do it all over again. I was promised 100% satisfaction. But I declined. The reason is that I'm serious with my business and can't take any chances on using copyrighted material. How can I trust that they'll give me a unique logo now? I the got my refund.

To sum it all up: I'm really disappointed and surprised. After I've seen all the good reviews from other forum members I expected top quality service. Instead I got crap.
