My program was linked to a .WEBS site that I made a while ago(it's dead) but the installer still works.
It was http://mydomain.webs.com/
No privacy policy or ToS page of any kind.

Hahahaha they might've banned you if you sent fake installs their way. Do it legit and you'll have no troubles. The reason I suggested Revenyou right now is because they pay on time and have had no troubles in the past. Purebits however is having loads of issues right now.

Yeah man,I think PPI is definitely better than PPD right now. People don't like filling out surveys or completing offers anymore. But PPI networks have these silent installers so you'll definitely have more conversions and earnings from the same traffic through PPI.
Try split testing with your traffic to see what's better.

UPDATE: Well, unlisted method really still (kind of) works. I made my video public after getting hr views, and it is really on page 1 ....
but not on position 1, but position 19 .... so I have to wait and see if I will get views and clicks to my website ......

Yes you will have to login from IP x all the time if you don't want google to throw up some kind of verification. Or use something like MassVideoBlaster to upload videos for you.

You would actually see more conversions if you sent them directly to a download link rather than another website.
