IG new UNFOLLOWING limits / Temp blocks

I haven't experienced a temp ban through unfollowing.

i was originally doing 1k per day, last night I read this thread and set my followliker to do around 3-400 daily. I let it run through the night and reached 375 unfollows. Still following, posting and unfollowing fine.

my delay is 1-120 seconds too! I thought it was worth a gamble even if it is my main account ��

this app is retarded its not funny it relies on a phone to refresh the account properly and on top of this you have all those dumb unfollow limits im going with twitter, it has much years of advance compare to instagram, why they didnt did a suspension which makes sense to me instead of those limits?

I found a way to bypass temp blocks for unfollow only. i can unfollow unlimited perday don't know if I will be banned, so testing on shitty acount, I need someone who knows how to work with API add me on skype islusho

Ok anything above 300 is a temp ban,
soonwr or later.

temp ban at 360.
300 was perfectly fine for me...

I'm going to set my daily limits to 250 myself. Might use one account to do some tests on, and see how to optimize those daily unfollow numbers.

i just unfollowed until i couldnt on my 2 accounts.
i could do 99, and 142 unfollows. will find out later what my day limit is.

1 hour later: fail rate is 10-50%. unfollowed 105, 20.

3rd hour: unfollowed 100 on 1st account. the message is "you have exceeded hourly max unfollow of 100/hr". i have not gotten a temp block yet.

4th hour: 47 on 1st acount. temp blocked.

so far after 3 hours, i have unfollowed more than 300 on my 1st account.

this is what appears to be happening: each incidence is single threaded. a return code has to be existent before a subsequent request.

If you set some delay, is more easy for IG to detect that is not Human.

Maybe someone can do a software that can test Random Delays.

For example:

Max unfollows per hour: 60
Min Delay between unfollows: 60segs.
Max delay: 1hour.

So the random delay will go from 1min - 1 hour.

Currently trying with an account that doesn't care too much. Since I hit the zero follows, I can't test it. I'll begin to test this in a couple of days.

I believe bans aren't really about 12-hour, mine are being lifted in shorter periods, I just can't seem to figure how long.

Two accounts of mine performing at similar intervals have been able to unfollow 598 and 607 each, so far, in the past 22 hours with only one ban for each during the period. Still going for now.

Another account was faced with a ban earlier, and has, thus far, unfollowed 680 for the day, it's not unfollowing anyone because FL is saying there are no more users to unfollow (possibly because I have set the software to unfollow after 3 days).

Im wondering the same, if you set a delay between say, 5 seconds and maybe... say 100 seconds for unfollow, it would be random as hell, and possibly more realistic, cause when you check the person, it takes maybe a minute to decide to unfollow, or maybe you see and like, nah dont like. I dont wanna test on my only current not banned account but if somoene is willing to try ill create testable settings.

so does anyone know whether these limits would be a permanent thing by IG orrr are they just testing out thier algos and would set it back to normal after a few days?

Only an IG employee would know. But I'm pretty sure it is permanent
