What is the difference between indexification and instantlinkindexer? The first one allows indexing of upto 1.5M links a month for $17 where as instantlinkindexer have diff plans?

The difference is that at InstantLinkIndexer indexing happens little more faster and it is absolutely whitehat service - no linkbuilding involved at all, so it can be used for money sites and everything at all
 
I was one of your clients and detected before you that there was something change with google indexation in May 2015.

Are results comes back as good as before May 2015 or not ?

Things work like before in a matter of indexing rates around 70-80%, but the speed of indexing is no longer the same as Google stopped indexing that fast as before. Now it takes from few days to a week for indexing, again all depending on the quality of the links

I see you asked about indexification, but edited your post, so let me tell you about both my services

Indexing rate for both services is around 60-80%, in both it takes from few days to a week or more to get links indexed, all depending on the links quality as it always was. The full processing cycle of the links in both services is around 10-15 days. The difference between both services right now is that at ILI indexing happens bit faster and that it is absolutely whitehat - no linkbuilding is involved
