[Journey] Shaunm's Parasite Journey

I'm wondering if the more expensive captcha breakers are worth the money? My reasoning is that you could get more quality links since CB will just pass on them which would pay off in the end, not sure that I have seen a split test on this but it would be interesting. Great news on the lists, I was just getting back into the game after taking a hiatus, I got burned out for awhile.

Peace,
Z

Shaun,

Are you doing any social work on them? I got some tests running now to see how well I can do with just social links. I'll let you know the results later, right now my serp tracker service seems to not be working / giving me bogus results, very frustrating.

Peace,
Z

I ran tests about a year ago running one project with just CB targets and one with text captcha and ReCaptcha targets. I used textcaptchasolver and captchatronixs on the second one and although the domains on the second project were less spammed they surprisingly had a very close stick rate of verified links, now I just use CB to save cash.

I done some on my amazon parasite this time as I had credits left over from testing on addmefast but when I tested it social signals showed no advantage at all on my test batches so I dont do it. This was around a year ago too though so if you see changes let me know :).

What SERP tracker are you using? I use SERPBook but I have heard bigbuddy is releasing one soon so I might move across to that.

I was using SerpCloud and I was getting conflicting information from them, I did a comparison last night you can check it out here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo-tools/787979-serpcloud-wtf.html

Needless to say I'm moving to SerpBook :-) I was seriously going to kick that domain to the curb, good thing I didn't!

Fair one, at least its sorted now. Never used SERPCloud so cant comment on them but the only problems I have ever had with SERPBook is when Hostwinds screws with their servers.

Update
  • I have been discussing a new method with a follower, decided to google it got about 2 double side pages of A4 notes now on ranking with 301s but not sure I will persue it just yet.
  • Came up with a new twist on my old YouTube method that may work so I think I am going to start doing that on the side as once my Amazon T2s have posted out my SEO side of things will mainly be waiting and SER project maintinance so I will have plenty of spare time.
  • 36/40 PBN domains are now indexed.
  • Got an invite to a skype group about CPA but it seems like a waste of time, I will give it a few days then leave.
  • I found an old spreadsheet from two months ago with all my original parasite URLs on and to my suprise two are ranking, now I just need to try and remember what I did to those particular URLs lol.

Aged Domain
T1 - 40 (35/40 indexed)
T2 - 975
T3 - 50353

Amazon
T1 - 30 (I though it was 35 but its actually 30 and 5/30 are indexed 1 is in the top 300)
T2 - 1097 (Still posting)
T3 - 0

YouTube 1
T1 - 898
T2 - 5012

YouTube 2

  • I have been digging around on dropbox and found my old T1s for my amazon parasite, I have purged it of all dead domains and took it from a list of 200 down to 50, started projects in SER for them.
  • While messing round in dropbox I found the files for my old kindle projects. One is ranking in the low 20's the others arnt ranking but one of them does have potential so I may start projects on these two.
  • I have been analysing the keywords that I discovered to be ranking yeasterday trying to find patterns with them. I think I have identified something but it needs more investigation.
  • I have been doing a few tests with blog comments from SER and decided to set some additional tiers up. They arnt finished yet but the YouTube parasites now have a T3 and a few others have a T4 made up of Blog Comment posts, they arnt getting sent to my indexer as around 60% are already indexed.
  • I have been tweaking SER due to the increase in projects. I have taken it from 70LPM up to 200LPM, I will keep tweaking it as I go to see what I can get it upto.
  • Four of the Amazon parasites have now jumped into the top 300 so thats a good sign :).
  • 30/40 of my PBN domains are now indexed.

Aged Domain (33/40 T1 indexed)
T1 - 40
T2 - 975
T3 - 50403
T4 - 739

Amazon Parasite (9/30 T1 Indexed)

Update
  • After letting the blog tiers I started yeasterday post out and verify I decided to scrap them as very few were do follow.
  • I decided to do a new blog test with do follow only platforms but scrapped the idea altogeather in the end.
  • I have been checking my old Kindle projects for any possible keyword I could see they maybe ranking for and I have noticed that a fair few have potential, one of them was popping in and out of the 70 mark for a 12,000 search keyword. I have decided to scrap my aged domain projects and focus on my Amazon parasites with SEO, YouTube will still be used for a YouTube method im working on.
  • After analysing new and old keywords looking for patterns I have four Amazon parasites that I want to target four keywords for I think I have a good chance of getting number one for three of them and we will see what happens with the fourth. If this plan works then I have plenty of cash saved up to rapidly scale it and around 80% of it is outsourced/automated :).
  • I have ordered social signals, social bookmarks, press releases and PDF submissions for the three new amazon parasites.
  • I have started building out my T2 networks for the amazon parasites. I try to only use each web 2.0 network once due to the content method I use on them. I have ordered spun articles for the three new amazon parasites.
  • I have been cleaning out my dropbox over the past few days and found a Kindle ebook I ordered but never posted so I will see whats missing for it, get it in order and upload it.
  • I have had to upgrade my FCS Networker account as I had already hit my post limit for the month.
  • I managed to get an Indian conversion on CPAGrip as well as two Kindle ebook sales today.
  • The web 2 T2 for amazon 1 finished today, after link verification I had 1134 live links.
  • I have started SER projects direct to the amazon parasite pages to help with URL and anchor text diversity but I wont be counting these links in my tier count.

Amazon 1
T1 - 30
T2 - 1134
T3 - 6771

Amazon 2
T1 - 0
T2 - 0
T3 - 0

Amazon 3

Amazon 4

Shaun,

Just to recap (thanks for your patience):

1) Tier 1's are expired or dropped domains with existing links
2) Tier 1's are populated with KM content
3) Linking to Tier 2's with mass links via GSA

I seem to have missed Tier 2 content? Or are you using the content that you bought from your spinner dude?

Thanks again!

Peace,
Z

No problem ask any questions you have and I will try to help :).

Tier one
Aged domains on my PBN, content is high quality manual spins from my VA, this is where the power comes from.
For link diversification I also add in press releases, PDF submissions, social bookmarks and social signals all from Fiverr or the BST along with a very small number of SER Links with Kontent Machine generated content but make sure they dont post on the same domain twice as well as a single FCS blast with one run of the FCS account creator to help put as many domains to my money site as possible.

Tier Two
I actually have 2 different tier twos the one for the PBN links is 100% FCS Networker, not bothered about the accounts and platforms. I let their account generator run until the network has around 2000 accounts in then blast 1 post to each with Kontent machine generated content.
For the links used for diversification I have a tier two generated by GSA SER with Kontent mahine generated content.

Tier Three
I only build a tier three to the FCS links build as tier two to the PBN links. 100% GSA SER but contextual only platforms. Content is generated from Kontent Machine, currently set to 15 submissions per day per T2 link.

Update
  • 37/40 PBN domains indexed.
  • I have chased up my domain supplier and I should get more domains in three - four days.
  • I have though of a new niche for my old style projects and done some keyword research just for something to do as I was bored but it will be on the back burner for now as I want to focus on Amazon.
  • Still building out my T2 networks for FCS.

Amazon 1 (Rank 20)
T1 - 30 (16/30 indexed 5 are in the top 300)
T2 - 1134
T3 - 8886

Amazon 2
T1 - 0
T2 - 0
T3 - 0

Amazon 3 (Rank 22)
T1 - 0
T2 - 0
T3 - 0

Amazon 4
T1 - 0
T2 - 0
T3 - 0

Update
  • PBN domains indexed 39/40.
  • I checked my main amazon parasite and it has not been recached by google since I updated its keyword density so I am waiting for that to happen to see how it goes.
  • I was approached to carry out and sell case studies for this thread but oped out.
  • I am still building out my T2 network accounts for my new amazon parasites, one is dont with around 1800 accounts. I have just started building out the second.
  • I have tweaked SER a little again to improve a few things.

Amazon 1 (Rank 20)
T1 - 30 (19/30 indexed, 6 are in the top 300)
T2 - 1134
T3 - 23490

Amazon 2
T1 - 0
T2 - 0
T3 - 0

Amazon 3 (Rank 23)
T1 - 0

Amazon 4

T3 - 0

Update
  • 38/40 PBN domains indexed.
  • 21/30 domains indexed for Amazon 1, 7 ranking in top 300.
  • I have kept building my web 2.0 accounts for my T2's, I also build a small number of accounts to be used as T1's to help with diversification.
  • I have built a spreadsheet to help me keep track of the links I build a month to try make sure I have enough indexing credits for them all.
  • I have downloaded the bulk PA checker for Scrapebox and will start taking readings of my T1 PBN links every few weeks to see if they make and difference to ranking.
  • I have cleaned up Dropbox to help me get around all my stuff faster.
  • Amazon 1 popped up to rank 4 earlier, then dropped to rank 9 and now down to 19. At least its dancing in the right direction. I can only hope its a good sign :).
  • I think I have found a few patterns in my keywords from the ones I have managed to rank and the ones I havent. I have set up a few tests for this and this could be a massive time and money saver for me if it works. If these patterns hold true then I should be able to rank two of my Amazon parasites while two of them will fail. If that is so at least I will have learned something from the test and can move forward in the right direction.
  • I have adjusted the links per day built by SER to the T2s slightly.
  • I have received my social bookmarks that I ordered a few days back for Amazon 3, I have put them through my indexer and adder a SER campeign to help boost the boostable ones.
  • I inspected a few of my T2's that have been generated by FCS Networker. I found that a fair few of them had been disabled but FCS said they were fine and I was still building T3 links to them, wasting system resources and indexing credits. I have now worked out a method to keep an active number of links using scrapebox. My T2's for Amazon 1 have went down from 1127 to 530 by using this method to filter them. I will keep and eye on their progress and perhaps look to using manually spun content or an alternative web 2.0 builder.
  • I have ordered some articles to test out my new keyword research theory, it is a three stage process but if they pass stage two then they should be rankable.
  • Amazon 1 is ranking 19 right now, Amazon 3 is ranking 22, the other two arnt seen. If my new keyword theory is correct then this will remain the same but with Amazon 1 and 3 moving up the ranks.

I am going to stop posting a link breakdown at the bottom as I am too lazy to add them all up :p.

Thanks man! I'm doing a roundup of the software that I need, and the content as well :-)

I have Kontent Machine, GSA, GSA CB, Scrapebox (with a few paid plugins) and a few others although I have to pay off my yearly subscription to The Best Spinner, I use it to create content for my social network empire. Thinking about buying Spin rewriter after seeing how it does a semi decent auto spin that I can run through manually, I have about 300,000 articles in a database that I've built up over the years so the plan is to take two or 3 articles that are on the same subject, combine them and run them through Spin Rewriter for Tier 1 content.

To get up and running again I need to get:

1) A good contextual GSA list.
2) FCS Networker
3) Proxies
4) Spinners

Since I already have a bunch of domains and a few hosting accounts I'm good there. I think I have a good plan now and I'm going to be taking some action this week, looking forward to it. May have a few questions this week like where to get Press Releases and a list of doc sharing sites but from what I've read these are essential for a good 'base' of authority links to establish sites (this seems to be a common theme through all of the guys who were successful with IM Journeys).

Thanks Again!

Peace,
Z

Took a look at FCS Networker and my own homebrew setup kind of does the same thing but I'd like to look at it for a month or so and checkout the doc sharing feature. :-)

Feel free to ask away mate.

You may need a VPS, I would also recommend an indexing service too.

I dont rely on the press release or doc sharing sites for authority thats what my PBN is for but I use them to give the backlink profile a more diverse footprint.

These are the services I use on Fiverr, I highly recomend the press release one, they stick (i have had very few deleted and the ones that have been were in hack niches) and are excellent value when compared to what the BST section here charge. The PDF one is just something I am trying out as I have yet to find someone who does a good job.

Press Release - https://uk.fiverr.com/seospecialist...k?funnel=4601a7f7-a4da-40f3-a085-716d1b8379ce
Doc Sharing - https://uk.fiverr.com/iwebseo/creat...s?funnel=cfdff45d-2255-42b0-b384-aac5423751f6

Homebrew, are you a coder?

Update
  • The amazon 1 parasite has dropped to 21, this is so frustrating :(.
  • I have received the PDF submissions I ordered a few days back and put them through my indexer.Added them to that URLs misc project in SER for a T2.
  • Chased up my article spins and they should be done over the next few days.

So would you say, that using a parasite page on an authority domain, helps speed up the ranking process compared to using a newly registered domain.

From the results of your case study, I wouldn't say it has made much difference in my opinion

I agree with you to be honest. I have ranked fresh domains with the methods I used at the start of this and they ranked faster than the parasites are but I know google have patched methods out and such.

I have a new experiment coming up when I get my articles that is based around the keyword research analysis from everything done in this thread and I am testing it on a fresh domain and a parasite to see if it makes a difference.

Hey Shaun,

I finally got paid so today is 'get everything organized day', if you would be so kind do you have any opinion on serverifiedtargets.com's GSA lists? Was thinking about going with the 6 month deal but wanted to check first. Here's a link to the GSA page: http://forum.gsa-online.de/discussi...w-obl-contextuals-insane-lpm-vpm-serps#latest

I got my proxies, renewing my spinners and should be rolling today or tomorrow God willing. I looked in my old account at new-ip-now.com and had a $20 credit that I had forgot about which was cool.

I sent you a PM with a way to get a giant list of parasites, did you get it?

Thanks again!

Peace,
Z
