Hey guys so I ordered my sites(3 Amazon affiliate sites) through John on 7-29-2015. Communication was solid at first than it took a turn for the worse. I do not know if he was overloaded or what but I was not happy with the service yet still was patient. I found that I was speaking to multiple people under the name "John", they wanted to verify some information such as amazon affiliate ID etc, basic stuff but they kept asking this multiple times ignoring my original answers which can get frustrating/it seems they lack communication within their business.

After not receiving anything for a month I decided I wanted a refund/no longer interested in the service. I first sent an email to John explaining that, no response at first. I took it to Paypal and requested a refund through them and RIGHT AWAY I got a response saying we can resolve this without going through Paypal and so of course I obliged. He offered an additional free site at first which I refused, and finally he or someone on his team using his Skype agreed to a refund. Today he informed me that was not happening (Talk about lack of internal communication) and so iv decided to escalate my issues to Paypal.

I would NOT recommend this service, please be careful.

IMHO team "John" here is not on the same page with each other. Please communicate between your team member because it will make your business run faster and efficient. And try to reply to any enquiry when contacted. Be honest if you have loads of work. It will not hurt, seriously.

My Review

I receive my complete website a few days ago (1 website). Communication was ok for me because John reply to most of my emails even some of it took a few days. The website is actually great, really great. I love the way John arrange everything and he use premium theme.

I provided John with my own keyword. To my surprise, John make more research with my keyword that I gave him. He even give a nice report about more keywords and the competition. This is a plus for you John.

About TAT, I really can't comment on this because my order is a custom website. For this one website, it took almost 1 month to finish. It is not John's fault because I have some issues with the hosting. It kept blocking the theme. Such idiot hosting I guess. Overall, I am satisfied.

One complain here, you forgot the privacy policy John. Please insert the privacy policy and you are all done.

Review Time:

I received my completed website a few days ago (4+ Websites) - from Buy 1 Get 1 Deal and Normal discount offer. Communication was great for me because I was lazy to chat through SKYPE. So just I emailed to John and his team.

Website design is really great responsive design and well structured with creative logo and Banner creation.

For keyword research, John delivered within 48hrs from 7 Business days. And then, balance 5 business days John team delivered 1 by 1 Amazon affiliate websites. So, Never blame about TAT.

I requested to john about content writing styles. He totally done and Overall, I am happy man.
