[Method] Amazon to eBay Drop-shipping Done Right! Spoon Fed! *Long/Detailed*

im having trouble finding items that sell. can anyone help me find good items or at least give me some tips. my feedback score is low 30. if that matters. please any help is welcomed.

as i said before, give them whatever you need and use your imagination to fill in the holes. not sure what kind of advice you're looking for here, we can't magically unban your account for you

With all do respect. If you can't be help please do not troll.

First of all, My account hasn't been banned and got restricted. You saying that means you did not even read my post completely.

I haven't ask anyone do any magic I asked for advice and help. You are just coming out of nowhere with 3 posts prior and telling me:

take one of the amazon receipts, multiply quantity by a hundred, and put down a fake business name and address

I think this is the worst advice and fastest way to get ban permanently and kicked out from eBay. Showing Amazon receipt means you do drop shipping, which means you DO NOT HAVE what are you selling in stock, and this is totally against the eBay policies.

and then you say:

give them whatever you need and use your imagination to fill in the holes

I highly doubt that if you know what are you talking about? Please if you don't know or not sure about something, and don't have something good to add. Don't give people wrong advices, especially someone in situation who is up the creek.

Regards

i've been selling on ebay for over a decade, my post count has nothing to do with it. anyways good luck getting it sorted out

Hey OP, great method. I've put some twists on it, built some automation tools and it's working out.

One thing that is bothersome is the sales tax on Amazon. It only happens for a few states but sometimes it's enough to ruin all profit. I'm thinking about applying sales Tax on eBay to make up for it. You can apply it to certain states using this tool:
Is this illegal? Because the tax is being forwarded to Amazon. How likely am I to get in trouble doing this? I don't even live in the US, but it would be nice to know.

DO NOT, I repeat do not inflate sales tax. I recently spoke to a lawyer and was shooting the shit (no attorney-client relationship) and he told me that although the charges if proven your intent on keeping will be minimal (a few $k) the IRS will be up your ass and its not worth the headache.

On a lighter note, seeing some nice spike in sales, trending about $3,900 this month! roughly 78-82 sales for this month, 66 so far. Profit margin (payout) about 20% (19.8%)

How is the bolded against the policies? You can't list when your supplier is out, but they weren't

Hey guys.

I started this method two months ago and made about 250€ profit. Spend already all off the money for expensive food at the supermarket and shit like that. Gained some pounds :( ( i just thought: oh well, i can buy this, will get the money back with my next sale)

Will start again with many more listings. I had only like 10-20 listings up but had atleast 1 sale a day. Sometimes 3-5.

My secret sauce: Find the sellers on amazon which dont sell on ebay. My investigation has shown that many of them are selling on ebay and amazon at the same time. Find the ones who are not selling on ebay. When you sell electronics, dont look for things from big companies like samsung etc. , look for the small ones. Also: I found some other ebay amazon dropshippers, and watched their feedback. You can see which items they have sold. Look for the ones which have sold many times, and put up your listing with a smaller profit margin than they get. If it worked for them, it will work for you too. And: Price proposal is also a good thing. Just calculate a cheaper price, but not too cheap to have your margin high enough for you. But dont forget to not come under your margin. Of course, this will only work, when you dont have the cheapest price possible listed.

Make a table in Excel and track your sales and profits. Its really fun and you know that its real money coming in. That will keep you motivated.

These are my sales for June. I even sold a fucking SWIFFER!

Dont give up, there is enough money for everyone hehe :o

Wow.. You gave me an eye opener.. I have many listing with over 50 views and just a few watchers, but they never sale.. I might have to tweak the price or title. I also recently just receive the 500 free listing... It ended a few days ago and now ebay is giving me another 1000 free listing.. When I Received the 500 free listing I went HAMMED started listing like crazy. One guy who I talked to said to work smarter not harder, and I'm going to take his word for it. He has 75 listing, and he already profited 600 dollars. Yesterday he profited 290 dollars off of just one item.. LOL, I have 500 listing and so far profited only 105, so you can see my frustration in this.. I know this works; it's just a matter of time and researching what sales. I want to offer all my listing with 1 buisness day, so I can receive the top rated seller plus badge on all my listing.. I believe that will boost up my sales, but I really don't want to risk it.. What is your price range when selling? 65 days with 8K in sales is not bad... And I wished I had 3 to 5 sales a day, it would definitely change my mood..

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner for some reason i dont get email notifications of replies.

I try to make sure my price range when selling is nothing under 39 Bux. Thats just because I want to avoid the prime hassle and only do free shipping. Make sure those 1000 Free listings are Buy It Now style.. if they are auction type you will get charged for what you put up if you do the method we are using here. I am currently about to start with a different money method so I moved my margins up a little to make sure im accounting for possible amazon Tax as well... Im sure this will result in less sales, but ultimately more profit which is what I want. Then I will base my 150 "Golden Listings" off of that

best thing I can suggest for you Infinity123 is to be very nice in your response... dont sound outraged or paniced or else they may sense that something is out of the ordinary.

For the paperwork they are asking you to upload I would do the following :

I would simply download the invoice for that particular item on Amazon... Make the image black and white or print it out and rescan it.... but i would black out the DATE the AMAZON LOGOS and the SHIPPING ADDRESS. only listing on there your name your last 4 digits of a credit card and blah blah blah

For the other requirements they are asking...

Make sure that you have tracking numbers uploaded for any sales that are related to that listing in particular

3rdly... write some of the people you've sold to and ask them to leave feedback... If you havent already I also suggest Leaving Feedback for all the sales you have made... Ebay has a little thing where you can Do this in bulk as well. If you havent been leaving them feedback, they havent been leaving it for you either and from what I see in the email they sent you their concerns are mostly a lack of tracking numbers and a lack of feedback.

If youve already gotten feedback from customers for the items youve sold, then Upload screen shots of those as proof because they say thats valid in the email they sent you.

Little shit like this will always happen, just remember not to panic and to jump through whatever little hoops they ask of you... The best part about it is... once They've put you to some of test and you rise to the occasion... most websites/companies tend to not fuck with you again unless you set off some kind of really bad red flag...

Thank you SO MUCH for your heart warming respond :)

I have few questions:

For the paperwork they are asking you to upload I would do the following :

The Funny part is I haven't sold any of that particular item that they are asking. So I need to just order it on Amazon and then cancel my order to get a Invoice. In this case, isn't it better to don't black out the shipping address since I'll order it to my address?

Isn't it better to change the date to a month prior or so instead of black it out?

Also, worst scenario. If I send the invoice to them and they asked for more invoice for other items. Should I do the same process for each item? I've sold 112 Items and I have 155 active listing.

I've uploaded tracking number for each item I've sold and left feedbacks for each buyers. Also, I have 51 100% Positive Feedbacks from my buyers. That where I'm so confused why they are asking for those, because I'm in a good shape. It sounds like they just wanted to makeup a plea.

Once Again, Thank you so much!! wish me luck :)

I see what you are saying completely... sometimes it doesnt make sense at all.. and thats why it should be easier than you think to get this situation turned around. I would leave the dates blank because technically they dont need to know that you bought it the day after or something stupid where they could trip you up.

If none of the stuff they asked for applies to that listing, let them know that as well. Sometimes the computer flags you when a human wouldnt.

Good luck bro hope it helps.

Hey guys.

Nice to see a german fellow!

Currently having trouble with some people who don't pay, do you guys come across those people often?
How do you handle them?

Let ebay automate the process.. There's a setting that requires buyer to pay within two days (you can set the time).. If they don't pay ebay open a case against buyers, and they have a few more days to pay.. If they don't pay, you will receive a final value fee refund. Ebay close the case and buyer has a non payment on his record... Simple as that... What's not simple is finding items that sales..

I have been working with this method and it is moving along nicely. I did notice one thing today after ordering an item for myself using my prime account. I made the order and marked it as a gift (just to see what I would get in my box as far as invoice goes and what the customers are receiving). Today my package arrived and it had two small papers in it. One was the invoice with no price on it, but on the top it mentioned "Gift from XXXXXXXXX" with XXXXXX being my name. The other piece of paper was a note with a giftbox image and message written "A gift from XXXXXXX Enjoy your gift". This seems awkward to get these with the packages though so far no one has said anything. I don't know if I should continue with marking the items as gift or not. I don't know if it looks bad to have the price on the invoice or these gift messages on the invoice when customer gets their product. I wish Amazon had a way to just not include a invoice all together. Anyone order recently from Amazon and are they still including an invoice or not?

If you want to make sure this doesn't happen, right before you complete your order, edit the gift details and uncheck the gift note option.

I always edit my gift note to say "Thank you! Enjoy!" ... taking the word "Gift" out seems to do enough not to set off any red flags with people

Thats what im doing, but thanks anyways, thought there would be something i didn't know.

And thanks Lewy, this method works! just a few days in and I have a net profit of 12$.

The amazon gift note has the word Amazon on it. Not something I'd want to leave :)

I only see an option for checking/unchecking "Gift receipt" option on checkout. On the Gift Message box to the right I just clear the default message that is there which states this is gift for so and so from me. However, even after clearing that out when I place order and go check status the message is still there. Where do you see option to uncheck just the gift note option? If we uncheck "gift receipt" box then it will show price to them on invoice. Please advise. Thanks.

I clear the gift message note box before placing order, but now check it right after order is placed and it seems that the message is still there. Are you seeing the same or is there a way to not have them send that note all together?
