Adding Sape links and dancing next day?

Hey guys,

So on one of my websites, I'm trying Sape for the first time. Yesterday, I added 10 (Sape) links. All were manually checked, legitimate, old sites with authority, many of them even in Dmoz. All had PR 2+ and TF 25+.

So it's been some 16-17 hours since I added them and it's a new day here. My site was on page 2-3 for few keywords, but when I checked now, they have danced off to page 6-8, even for the anchor terms that I didn't used in Sape.

What you think could it be, a normal dance and Google re-evaluating or straight out sort of slap? Have you guys experienced this fluctuation? What would be the recommendations, just observe for now and then take any action if needed?

I must also mention that I've varied backlink profile including Web 2.0 and some PBN posts.

Yeah, there is some crazy dance going for sure as I am noticing that as well, but I feel this was the direct result of adding Sape links as it was on those positions for many days and suddenly jumped off to Page 6-8.

Looking forward to hear from more people as well while I wait and see what happens.

If you used all exact-match anchors, you could have gotten a keyword over-op penalty. Yes, it can happen that fast.

Thanks for input. Yes I used exact match but like I said, my backlink profile is varied and diversified with lot of other domain and generic anchors too. Could just using 10 exact match powerful links cause such a drop/penalty? This confuses me.

Give it at least 5 more days to settle things down and then decide.

I'd suggest you to wait for a week and everything would be settled.

Depending on the age of your domain, this might be just normal. Give it time. Don't build any backlinks and you will see the full results in 5-15 days.

Yeah, I've been waiting lol. Trying not to make any sudden changes or movements. I'm building links also at same pace (diversified ones, not sape) to not change any strategy at this point of time.

I offer a Sape link service, there is a lot of jumping around, where it used to be quicker.
But results still bounce back stronger, I'm typically seeing this after a month depending on the area, niche etc.
