Hi, I am old user of shark. I was really using server by keeping it idle...and using it to store my images and such...but it had very bad worst days of down time back then. I might have been the zero abused client :)

If it is good, I would like to buy it again...shark guys, can you contact me in my skype and tell me current status? I once loved you guys seriously!
 
I've been having all of my servers go down recently, causing me to lose money. Now everything is down again, including their main site. It's a shame because at first it was a very good host.

You simply cannot go wrong here and I'd fully recommend SharkServers!
 
Is it still downtime usual or its working good? Im interested in ssd VPS linux.
 
IDK about their vps or dedi's but their shared hosting has been great for the past month, my site has had 100% uptime.

just an update I have been with the guys since April and am very happy servers are very fast and guys do try very hard direct admin is good also I would recommend using keep up the good work

They were good earlier.... Nowadays, their service has gone poor. I had made a ticket on 27th July and after a few conversations, the ticket was left unanswered. Infact, it has been over 2 weeks now and no one has yet replied to that ticket. I created another ticket and they still haven't replied to that ticket yet (Ticket ID given just above your reply).

Not only that, my VPS has been having issues for the past 3-4 days... I have been facing a downtime of about 20%... god knows why...
