It's been 5 days since ordering some new FB accounts and asking for others to be re-verified, I have still recieved nothing back despite several emails to support. All I get told is "We will let you know when its done."
Pretty annoyed to be honest, especially as I have been sending other customers, and your services have been top-notch up until this last week.

Only fair that I explain here that any problems with my orders have/are being sorted out.
Support is back to being top class. I can only guess that any delay was because they were extremely busy with an influx of orders - it's all BTB's fault!
