Hi, just looking at my PayPal, the transaction #8B4545057A605782X from July 29th seems not refunded. You cancelled the subscription only - B-12U095451N8581146, but the charge from transaction #8B4545057A605782X which happened before the cancellation of the subscription was not refunded. My initial post was replay #570 on this thread + email with the same text that I sent to your support email. It seems I didn't receive any refund for transaction #8B4545057A605782X so far. Can you please check?
Update: The TAT is not 10-14 days like it is stated, but 30 days. The merchant is telling that you'll receive a refund if a report isn't delivered in three weeks, while they will actually deliver your report in 4 weeks, which all makes the sales page containing misleading information. In reply #571 the merchant is telling that my order was canceled, when the truth is that only the subscription was canceled, not the order. I've waited for a refund, which I never received. After this post I was contacted by the merchant and he told me that the refund wasn't received because they already started the work for the second month which was finished in 50%. It is interesting that I've contacted the merchant upon the same hour I was charged for the second month so I don't understand how they could deliver 50% of the work for the second month in less than an hour. I've waited for a refund for so long for an order that was suppose to be "canceled" when it actually wasn't and I didn't get my money for the second month back. With all my respect, I am a regular customer here since 5 years and I've never experienced such thing from a salesman which I classify as highly unprofessional. I see another guy with the same issue here, I've just contacted him and he didn't receive his refund just like me.

I dont have until now any refund by paypal from the seller even i tried to contact him
I got only a Pm that said my service was cancelled
Bu where is my money ? I want the seller to be clear about this issue and tell me when i get money
