Do you have any VPS location in Europe too like France etc. I could not even find the UK location in your sales page. I personally prefer European servers for SEO compared to US ones as they are less problematic towards most SEO tools and activities. So, do you have any France, Germany, Netherlands etc. servers or even the UK servers or are you planning to bring them back again?
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE AMATEURS.
BY FAR THE WORST VPS SERVICE I'VE EVER GOTTEN. JUST COMPLETE LACK OF QUALITY.
ITS BEEN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS SINCE THE ORDER (6/20). I'VE BEEN ABLE TO USE THE VPS( I BOUGHT THEIR BIGGEST PACKAGE) FOR MAY BE 3-4 DAYS. They had to re-install my vps 3 times, and after a day it crashes. I can't login. They keep telling you they fixed the problem, some internal harddrive issue, or some other bullshit excuse, and then you are back to the same situation you were in before, with no access to VPS. I've literally lost 2 weeks of progress, because of this crappy company. I've warned them after 2 second failure that if VPS fails again, I will ask for refund. And of course 2 days later, it failed again.
Now I've asked for refund, and at first they responded asking me what happened. I replied the same thing as before, please refund me. And now they are missing in action. NO RESPONSE. NO ONE CARES. Filed dispute with paypal, left me no choice.
AND THE QUALITY OF VPS IS SHITTY. For the quality of the specs that I got, VPS should be blazing fast, the download upload Speed should be blazing fast(only at about 450down/260up). I could not even create a live event in youtube without serious lag.
THIS COMPANY IS SHITTY ALL AROUND. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED.

+ 8 CPU's
+ 300 GB Disk Space Storage (Hardware RAID10)
+ 5 TB Monthly Bandwidth (100Mbps)
+ 8GB DDR3 RAM
+ 1 IPv4 Address
+ Windows Server 2008 or 2012
+ Remote Desktop
Your on 100MBPS port and your getting 450down/260up so i think it is still a good deal. Did you try contacting them about port upgrade?
Anyway i am using their VPS 4096 plan and so far its working perfectly for me. I never encountered any downtime since i ordered it 2 weeks ago.
Also as for speed and hardware i think their VPS setup is far more better than the others, i am running thousands of accounts using FL without any problems.

At the present time, Los Angeles and New York are the locations that are currently in stock. We are temporarily sold out in the UK, but we are working on getting more room there.
I am sorry to hear about your experience you described. This is certainly not the level of service that WeLoveServers strives to provide and I would appreciate the chance to verify the claims by searching up your account information. Please keep in mind that a 450down/260up is considered a good network speed but if you are looking for more I can get you upgraded to a 1000Mbps network port. We also offer multiple locations for our Windows VPS for a reason, the closest location to you that offers the least latency would logically mean it would be faster for you.
I want to get to the bottom of this case as the last thing I want to see is an unhappy customer, whether that means providing a full refund or working to resolve any issues you might be having.
