The money for failed orders is auto credited back to your balance. Unfortunately the server rejected the URL - this could be caused by a number of things, including inability to connect to twitter stats api as well as other issues. However follower orders are moving along though as we've had several dozen completed so far today.

I submitted my order of 50 YouTube subscribers, but the system picked it up as 1000, and charged me $10. This is terrible because that was my entire budget, and that new channel will most likely be banned.

I need to be reimbursed the full $10, preferably within the next few days.
