Hello, everyone so I come straight to the point. I created a fake fb id which has been disabled by fb, they are asking me to complete the security check. The account was 3-4 months old and had around 300 friends which started to add recently but I didn't go aggressive I just sent like 30-40 requests a day. My question is what can I do now to regain access. Thanks to everyone in advance.

First of all i would like to say, if you 30-40 request per day Facebook defiantly block your account and according to my experience if you try to join more and more groups it will be best for you to gain friends in your account. To regain access of your account you have to complete the security check if there is photo verification then, it is very difficult to retrieve your fake account.

yes I wanna join the groups but you say to gain friends first but if I can't send 30-40 requests daily then how to get many friends in short period also what's the safe number of requests to send daily and any other tips to avoid being banned.

I have been in your shoes only recently. Someone reported my fake account and BAM, FB won't let me in without photo proof and dob. Sorry to break it to you mate, but I have to agree with the others here: forget about that account and start a new one

3-5 per day with days that you add 0 friends for example.
Monday 3 Tuesday 5 Wednesday 5 Thursday 4 Friday 0 Saturday 3 Sunday 0 that's 20 in a week, x this by 20 accounts and that's 400 a week.
Make sure you make accounts with 7/10 looking girls, late teens early 20's are the best and make sure you have 50+ pictures of the same person, 50+ pictures of memes, cool and funny stuff, 50+ of random mobile picture (random pictures that would be from a mobile phone).
Dripfeed pictures.
Turn follow on and start following 100 people a day this is far more targeted than any shitty add me groups or pages these are an absolute waste of time IMO the user are perverts who just add women to message an perv over them.
In my experience in 3-4 month you should hit the 5,000 mark and should gain more than that in followers.
