You Can Read the full Law here in the US which covers all electronic messaging here:

The summary is this:

1)Subject Line must reflect content in message clearly.
2)Must respect do not contact again requests
3)Your contact info must be correct and accurate. Essentially do not lie.

Obviously because you are dealing with a Public "Contact Form" on a website requesting people to contact them gives a lot more leeway on some of the requirements. For example since a website can control what information they want to collect on their contact form, it would not be necessary, In my opinion, to include an address per se. However I am not a Lawyer and can not properly advise you or your business. You can also review the requirements on the link above and if you have specific concerns I would suggest you contact an an attorney for proper advice.

I'm only here since I was looking for information about PaighamBot. I'd googled it and found people talking about it here. There are sales pages, but dammit--I've bought stuff loads of times and poof!--no one's around. Buying is easy. Having people answer questions is sometimes the hard part.

And Skybug, thank you for sharing all you did. I do have things to learn. I watched all the videos, it's much clearer, and I'm not "completely" lost . I have questions like:

If I buy the keywords list, do I just upload it and put in my specific keywords for each search? Isolated searches I'm wondering about. The trial version, which I have now, doesn't allow such search filtering.

Regarding your question on the keyword list. It is a great tool to have, whether you are using it for Paigham Bot campaign or other marketing campaigns. Yes, you would upload any keyword or sets of keywords you want to use from the list.

Not sure what you mean by "isolatd" searches but yes you are right the filtering functions are only available in the full version.

Thanks for the feedback MR lu. Unfortunately when you agree to terms of service and you break those terms what do you expect? User asked for a refund long afer the refund period was over and was denied that refund. His request for support was only the refund request nothing else and was replied to within the same day. User is making up lies in his review above. See the email exchange below for full details:

The sale has been finalized and according to the terms which you agreed to when you signed up there will be no refund.

Regarding your response rate we would recommend that you look into the message you are sending to people. If no one clicked the link you sent to them then there must be something wrong with the message you are sending. Paigham Bot is only an application that fills out contact forms and collects data. It is not going to make anyone click your link for you. It is your own markleting ability and creativeness that will get people to click the link or follow through with the action you are asking in your message. It would probably be good for you to spend some time developing a concrete message and marketing strategy.

If you spent some time figuring out why people arent clicking on your link instead of blaming your failures on a software that automates your contact form marketing then maybe youd have better luck.
