Its not just upload videos!!! You need to see which video gets more visitors, edit thumbnails, try with different titles, try with your link in the beginning or the end, try differents sites! USE YOUR F**** HEAD!!
I have worked in this 4 days and I have:
230 videos in 5 differents sites whit differents titles.

MY STATS YESTERDAY:
25-05-2015 UNIQUES: 32 JOINS: 2 LEADS: 2 PAYOUT: $10...Yeah That's right, $5 PPL

The joins that didn't convert are probably from countries not allowed to sign up.

That's great man! I recommend paying more attention to Redtube, My numer 1 video is in there with around 11K of views in 3 days!
Try to improve your offer. See if they have other landing pages, or another offer maybe. I spoke to my affiliate's manager and he gave me the most profitable offer in their site right now to use. In fact, they granthed me access, so that was great.
Im not in the WebCam niche because Im trying with my own twist, and I use my domain to desktop and mobile offers at the same time thanks to the network that I am using. They have offers that allows to visit from desktop and from mobile, and they pay $5 for the desktop signup and $2 for the mobile.. Amazing

Your putting domain in title of every video or not? maybe this is the part i was missing when i tried. I only did it with watermarks cos i was reading ppl got banned fast with domain in title.

One site where I put domain in every single video is XVIDEOS, and I havn't had any problems with them. My account is 1 week old and it have more than 120 videos all with domain in title. Yesterday I uploaded 15 watermarked videos to XVIDEOS too.
In the other networks where I can't go with domain in title, I just go with something like (dot).
It works really good too, right now Im trying with watermarks, so Im gonna see what happens

I uploaded about 50 to pornhub without the domain in the title and only watermarks+intros ... "CTR" = 0.3%. I think this is a very low rate and I have to optimize the watermark a bit. The pornhub network (youporn, redtube) has no problems if I start watermarking after the first minute but they don't allow domains in the title.

A lot of people are complaining about a lot of removed videos so they should try to start with the watermark after a minute or more and add an intro. (There is a simple batch tool to add watermark and simple intros but I don't remember the name at the moment).

Good thing to read this now! I was about to upload 15 watermarked videos to pornhub. I guess Im going to try it from another account just in case.
Of course Im going to report here what happend with watermarked videos. Right now I have 15 uploaded in Xvideos but Im about to go to the big guys RedTube and PornHub.
Earnings now $42, a little dissapointed, Uniques drop a little bit, but nevermind! Im going to upload an army of videos now!

i contacted xvideos yesterday and asked wtf is going on with my account. they said they mistaken me for a webcam spammer and removed my account. and that they are sorry.
i replied and asked if they can restore my account and the answer was no. so there. doing it on xvideos is a game of luck. if they are speaking of webcam spammers, i do believe that this whole thread can be considered as such.

not sure about other sites - it is sure worth trying.

The OP is right, the method works. I have been doing it for a year or more already. I am not making thousands per day, but it works.
Yes, it is a lots of work and you need to come up sometimes with new ideas. Sometimes you only get a few views / video / day, sometimes your video hits the wagon and can do 100k+ view per day. I have already uploaded approx. 3000 videos and I keep doing it every single day. I am happy with my results and I do not mind the extra $250-350 / month, it pays for a lots extra nice things in our life.

ok you guys are inspiring me now guess ill have to try again soon, im still refining my techniques for other methods so gotta try and squeeze it in somehow. Does it work ok for you guys on home connection? I used to hire a vps but dont wanna burn thru 30 euros a month on that again; such a waste. Id like to start small from home if poss but uploading vids was a super bandwidth hog. and most sites have minimum filesize and bitrate requirements forcing your sizes to be at least 40mb or so per vid as i recall. how are you guys wroking it currently?

In hindsight i think i was wasting alot of time on low traffic sites so id stick to the bigboys this time round.
