At what point after the orders are processed should we see the final positive movement results (if any at all) ? Like 30 days after processing or maybe 60 days after, wherever the keywords are at that point in SERPS is that maybe the point where we can figure out how well these blogposts have done to help boost rankings ?

There is no fix answer to this because there are many other factors like your site keyword competition, link profile, On-page SEO, Trust etc involved in ranking site/page. Sometimes you may see ranking movements in 2 weeks, or may be in 4 weeks or no improvement at all. Its not possible for me to guarantee any SERP movement over any time period.
