The billing team only works from 9am to 5pm PST and your ticket was already replied. Once the billing team gets back online in the morning, they will look into your ticket and resolve it.

Placed my order a couple days ago and got it setup in around 10 - 15 minutes. The only thing i didn't like about this service is that it sends the information to your paypal email which is rather inconvenient in my case. However, everything is fast and great support as well. 10/10 for the service !

Thank You for your feedback. Regarding details being sent on PayPal email, we had to implement this to avoid increasing number of hackers buying servers from fake accounts and hacked PayPal accounts.

Looking good! Is there a way to extend the registrar period for the domain when ordering the hosting? For me it just says that it's 1 year. And I cant change that to 2 years for some reason. Also I am wondering about the SSD shared hosting vs wordpress shared hosting. Besides the extra support with WP Shared hosting, are there any other script features on the WP installs? Do you provide a range of themes to be installed? I read earlier that you set up the wordpress for us if we want to? Does the regular SSD shared hosting contain wordpress installer as well? I usually set up my own WP sites from scratch, but would be nice to know a little more in detail on what you do. Thanks!

I have purchased their vps for a month and based upon their promptness in support & knowledge of servers (& hardware) I've upgraded to the dedicated server.
Based upon my requirements, I have to use a special graphics card and their support come up with a solution and kept me in the loop even for a small update.
For the size of company its really good to see the promptness. 10/10 to PowerUpHosting.

Just got myself ssd shared hosting for my up and coming blogs! I must say the customer service is brilliant, and the hosting is so far of very high quality. Feels very snappy to use and setup wordpress. They have top of the line security for your blogs incase you are afraid that someone will highjack your blogs. I was very impressed, godaddy and all these other big companies could take a few pointers from these guys is all I'm saying. The pricing for this service is a steal, especially with the BHW DISCOUNT. 5/5

What does your service mean by Distributing hate speech under the ToS? Is it by American standards so that as long as no acts of violence are being promoted its allowed or is it anything that is could be deemed hate even though no violence is being promoted, for example would denying that a genocide occurred would be considered hate speech and have hosting suspended?
