A quick answer for above comments:

1. Start with all "desperation imbibing" niches (not just dating niches) . Ask yourself what will make you fill out an CPA offer. Your 3 pound personal assistant will churn out ideas if you give enough time. The resources you will provide ,you can fake it no issues! (Remember faking it is good for only short term - quick cash. However if you are looking forward to making a business around it keep it legit and form a resourceful site around it - will work like charm in long term.)

2. Traffic - Keep your site resourceful ( it should either solve a problem or provide a benefit to the visitor). Their are various ways you can get in traffic - most of you know it though!

3. YES - Content locking scripts will work way better now as we have plenty of options! And the people who think people dont fill offers for content let me tell you a fact you already know it. If people can pay for a resourceful content then filling an offer is way easier You should know how to pull gears

Mahan is off BHW for a year... I read this great topic about CPA & content lock. I am also reading other stuff about IM for 4 months, but can't find anything decent to start with.

Can anybody tell me what kind of a content is good for this method, to interest my visitors enough to get the password?

I don't know what topic to pick, and make a content that is good enough for locking. Slowly becoming desperate...

Nice method, however I see 2 problems:

1. Which niche? Almost anything also can be found for free on google, so who will do survey/offer?
2. Traffic: Just because of posting on facebook, youtube, twitter you won't get traffic. It takes time, skills and money to get ranked.

Exactly! I've been trying for years to answer these questions. No one ever gives specific information. It's always some round about answer. The concept is sound, but unless you have an established traffic source and content that can't be found for free elsewhere...GOOD LUCK!

Why do you think the gaming niche and youtube is so saturated. People MAKE vb bots to create something no one else has. I'd love to find something white hat to advertise that I could stand behind. The amount of effort needed for that $1 conversion just isn't worth it in the long run. You might as well be advertising an affiliate product.

As grateful as I am I dont get what is really different to this than "just make a website and monitise with CPA". Ie the same thing everybody tires to do and most fail. It is pointless without good niche research and loads of luck. No?

A content locker is waaaaaay better.

Agreed. how is somebody going to know the content even exists if its password protected on a post level plus a proper content locker will look coller. And even then its damn hard to make money with them. Especially for newbies.

Like anything in IM it still works to a certain extent. Here's the problem though. Even if you build the best website in the world with amazing content you still need traffic.

I'd recommend figuring that part out first before you invest the time to build a website.
