Looks like basically the way to make money is find a niche, make the site, then put ads or having someone buy a product with your link. Thats what is basically comes down to.
Add more content now bud, you have the formula. Just add another 15-20 reviews and then you will have plenty of products to direct traffic to. With a site like yours 2500+ visitors a day is possible if you treat it like a full-time job, which will mean a minimum 400 hops and easily $200 a day.
I suggest you add categories to your site, so it will be more user-friendly. IE, Diet/fitness/Mental Health/Spiritual in your menu bar, and make your reviews honest. The more honest your site is, the more trust your brand will have and the more money you will make.
Don't fall into the trap of giving everything out there a good score, some products are complete crap and deserve to be trashed. When you trash a product, just link to another of your reviews of a product that you think is better at the end of your review, as this will increase your sales, and limit your refunds.
Once you have 5-6 products in a category, make a blog post with a short rundown of your "top relationship/diet/mental health products" - some people will just want to know which is the best and buy that to save time. My top visited pages on my sites are always the "top rated *insert niche*products" pages - and I always add a link to a terrible product at the bottom, again to build trust.
So last week I saw this thread and went through the whole 77 pages. Started compiling everything, preparing the site and everything and just finished today. I spent roughly 3 hours posting a measly 8-9 posts on facebook articles. I am noticing that there are no hits on my site or hops. I know it's still early but maybe I am doing something really wrong here because I would have expected at least 1 visitor. Can Freddy and/or Meathead review my site and see if I am doing something wrong here? I really think I am doing it right but I rather get early feedback as opposed to waiting weeks or so like Freddy did on his first attempt before he was able to get proper guidance.
3 hours posting 8-9 facebook articles? 8-9 comments on facebook should take less than 3 minutes, not 3 hours. If you're not getting visitors to your site, reviewing it will be irrelevant.
You need to write a comment and then copy/pste/tweak it on other articles to speed things up.
Thanks for the suggestion Nate. I actually started posting on a couple of articles outside of FB since I was having a hard time finding them. Even so, I am running into the same problems with finding non-FB articles and forums that talk about the topic.
Anyone have suggestions in finding great keywords to use in google search other than not using super specific phrases or long-tailed keywords? Thanks.
This is not difficult.
If you are reviewing a weight loss product search "weight loss" or "lose weight". This has been covered many times.
Not being able to find enough places to comment on means either A: You have picked a niche which is not popular, or B: (more likely) you are searching incorrectly.
If you need more info, I suggest you search within the thread. There are several links in the last 2-3 pages which give instructions on where to find places to post on every day. With a popular niche, there will be well over a thousand.
congrats bro!! thanks foe share
Sorry everyone, I can make a review website, SEO, use some tool, have a niche, but my English is not good. Can I try this method for my first mmo. Thanks everyone.
This method has nothing to do with SEO man. Nor does it require any tools to begin with.
If your long term goal is to rank, won't volume link building negatively affect SEO? Even if you leave quality comments, won't the sheer amount of back links to your page(s) send a red flag to google?
Also, I know this method isn't "meant" for Adsense, but if you were to use Adsense, would this kind of "direct" traffic (I.e from blog commenting and forums) put your Adsense account in jeopardy?
When did I mention Adsense? It has nothing to do with that either. Please read the OP....
