I have been using Windows SSD VPS - SSD Two from last month (this is my second month) for TWD software. As we all know how the vps important for IM campaigns.
I must say the VPS is so fast. First time I am using VPS and it is very easy to setup. The support is awesome too. I was having a little problem this morning and it got sorted in minutes by contacting the support over the skype.

It does, but you need to know how to set things up, also, we have VNC's so even if your RDP gets locked, you can still VNC the server from your Control Panel.

The only ongoing coupon code we have is APRILFOOL which will expire by the end of this week.
Unfortunately none, Windows lag terribly on 512MB RAM, this is why we never have those low MB configuration VPS.
