Was that a PA91 of the page where your link was placed or PA91 of the home page? Its quite easy to have a link dropped on a high DA site and the home page having a high PA but the inner page where your link is placed having a PA1

Very quick service. My article was live within a couple hours on a DA89 and PA91 website with a link back to my site.
Very high authority site.
The article has slider with related pics + 1 youtube video.
Ramanan also did onpage for the article.
The backlink was indexed. This is good
