I am having problems configuring the tumbnails on the front page, the bigger images stay outside of the boxes when i put "the_excerpt"

Need somebody to help me make the sidebar of elegant-box theme to 320 px. and decrease the left part accordingly, please!
I was playing with style.css with no luck.

I would reccommend taking off elegant box and going with something new because most people will use elegant box and its better to edit a new theme and have it awesome instead of editing something everyone else has

That's exactly what I was thinking too, I'm glad I went with my first mind because this has been ALOT more work setting up then I expected. But it aint that bad.

I agree, I installed the elegant theme for about a day when I started this to get a feel for the mods, but then I took another theme and started applying the mods to the new theme.

This gave me a much better better understanding of what was needed and also provide me with ideas for improving it as I worked through the mods. I'm not an PHP expert by any means, but I know now I would not have any trouble applying this to any theme I may need to mod.

I've been clear about theme, plugin and feed.. But I still have one PROBLEM...

How many cronjob in one day, How many posting each fetch to avoid "Big G" ban my site ? I use shared hosting...

it depends if your shared hosting gets pissed off by cron jobs easily. I make mine to go at around every 10 minutes but I have reseller hosting from host gator. Big G shouldnt ban you if you link back to the original post

Go into the them editor and select main index template.php find the part in the script that says "the_content" and change it to read "the_excerpt". and save. Dont works for me helppp ?

I have just started to make my first autoblog and have been successful with the above step.

You have to go into Appearance [left column in the admin section ie xxx.com/wp-admin ], then click on editor from the expanded menu box, click on Main Index Template on the right column, replace the above mentioned string.

It write, go to wp post then choose auto tag. When i go to my wp dashboard, i can't find the auto tags option. Can you tell me where this auto tags options place ? I'm using WP 2.71

You need to have the simple tags plugin installed and activated, then the 'Auto Tags' option is under the 'Posts' section in the admin panel
