Yes, if you're approved for non-incentive (CPAlead.com) then you'll also be approved for incentive (ContentLocking.com).

Have you submitted a ticket about the issue? The reason I ask is since we can't run the company properly if we don't have a system in place and for support we have a ticket system.
If that doesn't work, I'm happy to help here but I want to make sure we take the right steps. Justin is extremely good at getting back to people.

No one is upset in chat about anything relating to clicks at all. We've only received feedback to bring back the option to create download lockers. .
As for any issues that you're having yourself, can you please be more specific and attempt to address it accurately? I can't help or address anything without details.

We experienced about 30 minutes of lag time on our servers yesterday due to some changes we made but that certainly doesn't sound like anything you're talking about.

The goal is to find a solution if you have an issue right? I can't give you a solution or help, as I have with each and every single one of the (hundreds of) posts on this thread if you're not helping me target your issue.

Where is the download locker?

We've re-organized the panel, we have the file locker in place and a regular widget can be substituted as the download locker but
what we'll do is add the download locker back in under "Classic Tools".

It seemed to be a less popular option but message heard loud and clear

No existing download lockers have not been impacted whatsoever.

I really think theres something going on with the offers or something.

I decided to check out a networm i was working with in the past to see if its really my traffic or if its a cpaleads problem.

In your initial post you said that clicks weren't showing up? I can see that wasn't the case now though so thanks for clarifying. We never had any click complaints.
In terms of having a down day or having changes, we didn't have any other reports that suggested something was wrong and the network averages were not down. However, for a single user, that certainly can happen from time to time. It could be that an offer you were doing well with became inactive, your traffic
could change. Anything could be adjusted.

Of course, no one is guaranteed approval. This is why we need applications. Particularly for our non incentive network.
