Happy new year! This new year's resolution: decrease bounce rate and increase conversion rate on every single WP page you own with WP Hype Generator.

Hey, whats newest version of this? I stopped using it for a while and would like to try it again. Thanks

I'll bite. I'm sick of trying to make fake comments one at a time. Buying now.

Sick plugin Jared. Love this tool man!!! My little site looks so popular now. :)

This is one of my favorite uses for it. You can make micro sites look like they're the "firm leader" in a certain niche... like if you have a site about the NE Patriots and it's flooded with comments, it appears to be THE unofficial fan site for the Patriots where fans congregate. You look more popular than the other Patriots sites... even if they're actually more popular than you!

Yep, it's amazing. I have been doing that by hand for a long time, but usually just a few made up comments. With this tool I can literally make and approve (because you don't have to approve them! yay!) 20 comments in 2 minutes. My routine now is to go ahead and schedule some comments after EVERY post. It just takes a minute.

Best $30 (or whatever it was) that I've spent in a long time.

May I ask for some tips on how you scrape comments? I have some ideas for using related article snippets, but I'm not sure how natural will they all look.

Anyone figure out a way for it to stop posting to draft/scheduled posts and only post on 'published' Wordpress posts? Other than that this plugin is perfect.

Hey mate, I'd recommend doing them manually. Scraping comments (unless you scrape the actual comments from other similar posts) will always look unnatural.

Sent you a PM with a fix.

Previously bookmarked... Finally taken the plunge. Now to download, install and comment

Just purchased this, looks like it has potential to be great.

It is great. I've found that putting effort into my comments = massively increased CTR and CR.

Thanks boss!

FYI - if anyone tried to purchase last night, the link was dead, because we didn't have any licenses loaded into the system. Link should be working fine now.

The plugin is great, and I use it all the time on my sites now to help get the conversation started.

I tried messaging the creator and he referred me to the developer but I never got a message back so I tried figuring this out on my own.

What to edit:
You want to go into your FTP and go into /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-hype-generator. From there go into the /admin/ folder. Any of these files are the ones you want to edit to effect what posts are pulled to comment on.

To change what you're requesting ? for these to not be posted on scheduled posts ? you will be editing the post-schedular.php file. To change the results of what posts are pulled from WordPress Hype Generator just follow WordPress's query examples which is what it's based on (can't post link because new member but just Google 'wordpress query'

To answer this particular question you would want to add to the query array:

Code:
[COLOR=#000000][FONT=Consolas]'post_status' => 'publish'[/FONT][/COLOR]

Why you would need to edit these files:
  1. If you want to change the custom post type in WordPress Hype Generator you will need to edit here too.
  2. If you want WordPress Hype Generator to only post on published posts and not scheduled ones/drafts.
  3. If you want Wordpress Hype Generator to post randomly across any posts (no order).

hi, is it possible to use this on a website which I don't have access to? (random website) that would be even more awesome!

This would be appealing if it worked for Disqus. Any plans or possibility of incorporating that feature?
