I would like to know how many unique domains per each package? What's the d0-f0llow/nofollow %? and what's the indexing rate?

Depends on the number of links. Usually around 70% unique domains.
Do-No/Follow we setup each time to be different so there's no 2 blasts and we do blasts in tiers usually to get indexed links in a natural way. In this way, your links will remain live much longer than usual, like when you index them quickly, like all other do.
