Do the domains have whois protection?

What sort of links are guaranteed? We know they have PR and a clean link profile but the reason I buy domains for my PBN are to pass link juice and domains with authority links in their link profile are better than a domain with just PR as a metric.

I ask the above question because of what BigBuddy received with a wikipedia link.

Once I have these answers I will likely make a quick test purchase.

No spammy backlinks and most anchors are brand.
