Email you? I sent you 3 emails in 3 different days to ask about my purchase. I did not get even 1 email reply and now you inform me that the VCCs were sent on 22nd and 23rd which means they are expired now since there is only a 12 hour window? From a long-time customer, I am very disappointed

Can your VCC and VBA be used to verify a Hungarian Paypal? I added a proof of address and my passport, but I don't have any credit cards or bank accounts. I don't want my account to get limited.

Secondeye this is it... Paypal has allowed me to send the money money from my limited account to a relative in a country that has the ability to send and receive money from paypal (my country cannot receive apparently)...

So can we somehow solve this problem - by me allowing the small sum of money that is on the account to be sent to you - and then you send me the money back by other means ?

And how much would you charge for this kind of favor?

Hi Secondeye - I want to order Paypal account of any country that will work for my friend (without creating any issue) YOU RECOMMEND ME WHICH ONE SHOULD I USE. He has used 1 USA account but paypal was asking for tax details (SSN or more) bcoz of gigantic transactions, YES it is right he don't use paypal for fraud purpose (hate it). But for doing online business you know it is must. Could you please suggest me which paypal package he should use without to avoid any limit issue? PM ME.

Hi SecondEye,

My account was limited two years ago for receiving big amount in one transaction, can I still unlimit my account? They require me to confirm my identity (should I change any paypal details?), proof of address and proof of name/date of birth. For proof of name/date of birth, will they be more likely to unlimit my account if I show passport or drivers license? Do you provide service for passport/drivers license from Victoria, Australia with Asian Female picture?
