A quick update on my experience using this company.
I placed an order on January 4th with an estimated delivery time of 15 days. On January 20th, after hearing nothing, I left a message here and was told that I would hear back in 48 hours as to the status of my project. 48 hours later (on the 22nd of January) I was told that the editors requested a further 48 hour extension. That deadline passed by about 36 hours ago and I still havent seen or heard anything.
I would like an update on my project (DR39A2YABR) and I would like it finished very soon. I understand that sometimes things take longer than expected but for a 15 day project to be coming up to a week overdue, it's getting a bit ridiculous.
For the benefit of others who are thinking of using this service, I'll post back again and give an update on the quality of the writing...assuming I ever receive it!

Our sincere apologies.
Most of the orders we receive are eBooks ranging from 5,000 to 10,000+++ words. They
really do take quite some time to complete and TAT is longer than regular web content. Unlike in other projects, we can only assign one writer for eBooks project and our editors are very meticulous when it comes to editing EBook content.
Our team is now working on getting back on track by the first week of February.
Most of our native English speakers were on a vacation leave during the holidays last year.
We appreciate your patience. Your order should be delivered anytime today.
