Awesome software, i don't need to run scrapebox it on a VPS anymore and it got me a shit tonne of links real fast. Vouched.

This baby is better then others (especially the proxy part&speed).
-=-

Thanks so much :)

Found on this forum mention of this service and decided to try it.
Service was very friendly. Just add features various CMS and after 15-20 minutes ready to several thousand links.
Very convenient to the fact that the test provides a lot of points. Now I will always use this service.

Thanks so much for the review!

can you pls send me some tutorial of footprint, how to scrap from google ?

Thanks

I have the same request.
Thanks.

We are trying to make some video tutorials soon, but in the meantime search this forum for "large footprint lists" and other search terms. You'll find lots! Otherwise, if you're using GSA SER, you can go into the Engines folder and each platform has their footprints listed in there.

Hi,

As a serial scraper, I had to know which one would provide best&fastest results.
So, I submited same job to Gscraper & scraper.banditim
Gscraper: dedicated VPS, 150 threads, 4Gb memory, only Gscraper running, EU ip as i scrap a european langage.

Submited 1 day ago , to both: 300 000 keywords & 7 footprints.
Keywords are min cpc > 0.06 and yearly exact search > 1000, and concurrency > 0.1 and are not english.

Gscraper is configured to limit to 100 results per keyw/footprint.
BanditIM does not allow such a 100 results per keyw/footprint limit (for now, in devs todo list) and i 1000 (default).

BanditIM is asked : 300 000 * 7 * 10 (1000 results)
Gscrap is asked : 300 000 * 7 * 1 (100 results)

After 1 day
-> Gscraper is done 7%. So scraping 2 millions requests could be extrapolated to a about 13 days process.
-> BandiIM is done about 10%. So scraping 20 millions requests could be extrapolated to a about 10 days process.

From a financial point of view, on BandiIM:
- I bought yesterday 500 000 000 links credits for 150$. And used about 290 000 000 so far.

So, badly extrapolated, on actual speed, my full job on:
-> BandiIM will cost me about 750$ for 20 millions requests (so about 2 000 000 000 url before de-duplicate)
-> Gscraper paid on a monthly basis, cost me about 60$ for proxies. (with black friday coupon (as i remember), it costed me about 45$ monthly, on a quaterly basis). Dedicated VPS cost is an option. Software license could be added.
Gscraper would need about 3 to 5 monthes to do a 20 millions requests job.
So, Gscraper would cost me from about minimum 180$ (no licence, no vps, coupon) to 550$ (licence + dedicated vps + no coupon)

I decided to set VPS cost as optional, because VPS is generally required by other process like ser and pandabot.

I am not judging quality results, just speed & cost, as i measure them.

As a serial scraper, i will add BandIM in my weapon set, because of it speed.
It is great for both: small scraps because of its cost, and huge scraps because of it speed.
Conclusion:
Gscraper would remain my choice if i remain on a 3 to 4 Million scaps request per month.
BanditIM would become my choice if i need less of more than 3 to 4 Million scaps request per month.

Thanks for the great honest review! I'm not saying this is the all-end of using GScraper/Scrapebox -- if you have a good source of proxies and have patience to wait for links then they're definitely a better option. The way I've always saw it - you can wait 1 day for 2million links, or you can wait 1 day for 20 million links... which do you think your competitor is doing? Ranking is all about the amount of links you can push out or find, and by going 90% slower, your competitors will leave you in the dust :). Just my opinion anyways, a lot of people don't have the resources to post that many backlinks on their SEO software, therefore 2 million a day might be all they need.

Let me address your numbers:

I checked into your account, you are at 211 million links remaining, meaning 289 mil used. This was all within a 24 hour period.

Therefore, if GScraper is able to get you 5 million URLs in the same timeframe, we have the equation:

5 million x 30 days = 150,000,000 links in a month.

At the expense of $60/mo for proxies, and a VPS of $40/mo, and for your sake I'll leave out the software cost :P, we're looking at $100/mo cost.

That brings us to this simple comparison:

ScraperBandit can scrape 289 million links for $86.7 in 24 hours
GScraper can scrape 150 million unique URLs in 30 days for $100

I'm not trying to deceive anyone here, I clearly wrote red text for "unique URLs". My 289 million number is not unique, and it is up to the keywords+footprints searched that determine if you get less or more unique URLs back. Regardless, I scraped almost DOUBLE the links in 24 hours as compared to GScraper in 1 month. Which do you think your competitor will use to outrank you? :D

fmartin - I do not want this to feel like I am targeting you in ANY way. Seriously, I thank you for taking the time to give some constructive feedback :). Your numbers are spot on, I just wanted to give some extra layers to it to give it even more validity for people on the fence. I am not denying that a lot of people can get cheaper price than me if they scrape on their own, but the added benefits I offer are:

- MUCH faster scraping (as you can see by the numbers crunched above)
- Hands free
- No proxy reloading, etc
- No waiting for campaigns to finish to reload another campaign, etc... simply load up as many campaigns as you want and we will handle the rest
- 100% hands off

GScraper doesn't have those features, which I think sets me apart from them right there. For a lot of people, I'm even cheaper to scrape with.

Your statement here is EXACTLY right:

"It is great for both: small scraps because of its cost, and huge scraps because of it speed."

Couldn't have said it better myself :)

To sum up: It's all a personal preference and up to the user to do his own testing if he doesn't see the benefits in hands-free scraping. If pricing is the only concern, your own tests will make that decision for you. If speed and more automation is what you're after, then I argue I am the more suitable system

@swords12 , i all agree with your numbers.
By the way, thank you guy for that fabulous tool.
You clearly allow thing that i could no do before in a acceptable timeframe, like to achive high volume scrap.

That's the whole vision with ScraperBandit. We might be more expensive in some cases, but if you can rank more websites in a shorter amount of time (1 day versus 1 month of scraping for links to post backlinks to) then your income will come in faster than it would and theoretically our pricing would even out (or always be cheaper). In theory anyways :D

Thanks so much for the support pal, enjoy!

4 days left of Early Bird pricing!

Also -- tonight we will implement preloaded keywords/footprints so you don't have to use your own lists if you don't want to :)

ScraperBandit is a great tool with which you can build your own lists very quickly. I scraped many urls in very short time using this service and i highly recommend it to everyone which use GSA or any other link building tool.
Good job guys. I`m really happy with the results!

as a beta tester I had opportunity to scrape some lists and can honestly say it is great service. I love it is simple and easy to use and what is also v. important there are no more problems with proxies: you just do not care about this :) Just a few clicks and your list is ready!

I am sad and glad at the same time. Sad, because me and my team had a similar project on my to-do list for 2015. Glad, because someone did it and did a really good job.

I looked over my project blueprints and found a few functions not included in yours:

1. Option to clone a campaign.
Maybe I want to use the same settings and KW for a campaign so it would be much easier to clone a campaign and only change the name and footprints.

2. See the latest 50-100 harvested links in a campaign.
To verify if the chosen footprints are ok and giving me the best results.

3. Other search engines.
Why did you not include yahoo and bing ?

4. Save custom footprints and keywords.
Allow the user to save their custom footprints and keywords in your database so they won't have to import them every time.

5. View finished camping details.
Option to see the settings used in a finished campaign. It would be useful to see what footprints and kw I have used for a finished campaign in order to improve them for my next campaign or just to add new keywords and restart the campaign.

My congratulations for your work and good luck.

Thanks so much, and I'm sorry to have stolen your plans :(. I hope you can find good use in our system though, we've spent a lot of time and money building it to perfection.

Regarding all your suggestions, I don't even need to address them individually because they are ALL actually on our to-do list :). We work many hours a day making performance improvements, and chip off extra features when we can. It's only a matter of time before we get to your 5 listed items. I hope that's ok in the meantime!

Hi, Can this scrape whois info of new domains? (targeted)

Hi, Can this scrape whois info of new domains? (targeted)

If you can scrape Google with a search term, you can scrape with our system using the same term :).

I just run the trial and this might compete with running scrapebox on a vps. The advantage being that you get the results faster.
I have to test it on larger scrapes to convince myself. But this won't be hard since their pricing seems cheap.
OP, do you consider introducing other search engines or other countries for google?
