48 hours have passed after I paid the order, I still don't have my VPS. I sent a letter to support#poweruphostingcom, sales#poweruphostingcom and abuse#poweruphostingcom ask for help. NOBODY reply me. suck service. I need rufund.

I'm sorry to hear that but unfortunately we can't agree on any of those points.

1) We've automated deployments and the details are sent the next second after the payment has been made.
2) Did you check your PayPal email? We've sent you countless emails.
3) Sure, if you need a please login to your client area and submit a ticket.

I made an order on 3th Nov, VPS & proxies, I use my personal email as login usename, and use our business PP to make payment(no coupon used). but I have not started to use their service but I can't login at all

I got an email from PUH:

Thank you for signing up with us. Your new account has been setup and you can now login to our client area using the details below.

Email Address: t****@***.net
Password: ********

To login, visit http://poweruphosting.com/members

and I can't use this email to login my account, I tried to contact their email, contact form but NO REPLY at all. They say CLIENT DOESN'T EXIST, this is ridiculous after I got order confirm email from them. Finally I luckily got a reply from their FACEBOOK FANPAGE, they ask me to login with PP EMAIL which I didn't use as login username.

WELL, I tried all password to login with our PP email but still had no luck. and I reset my password but never received anything from them.

I can't issue refund because they only provide 72 hour money back, but I can't login or contact for more than 120 hours.



I never leave negative feedback for any service in BHW before, this is my first time.

I'm sorry about that, but we've multiple ways for a customer to contact us, you could have PMed us, sent us a request on skype, tweeted us or contacted us via Facebook.

Regarding your login, please use your PayPal email to login to your account. Please let me know if you've any further issues trying to login to your client area.

Do I just make up a Hostname or do I have to have an existing domain name? Do you have any instructions on how to set everything up?

I would recommend you to enter your primary domain name. so if your primary domain name is xyz.com then enter that in the hostname and use ns1 and ns2 as your prefix.

Review:
I signed up for a linux based VPS last Friday, everything was set up within a couple of hours with no problems. Since then I have had trouble getting everything setup the way I want it due to the lack of my knowledge about running a VPS.

I have to say that the support offered by these guys is second to none...I have honestly never received support on this level by any hosting company I've been with. The support is offered 24/7 and I have never waited longer than an hour or 2 for a response. Instead of just giving an answer, these guys are more than willing to actually help you resolve the problem.
