I've dealt with this company twice already for logo designs and I must say... THEY ARE INCREDIBLE!

First, you place the order... filling out a small questionnaire to give them an idea of what you're looking for. It's fairly well written and definitely helps you get your perspective across to the designer.

Next, you receive an email from your Project Manager. This is the part that intrigued me the most, you have a project manager that takes care of all of your inquiries and requests every step of the way. you may contact him either via Email or via Skype.

Third, You receive your concept designs after roughly 3-4 business days on average. All the designs come out very professional and revolve around the ideas you introduced as well as other ones if you ask for them beforehand.
The designs that I had done were a 3 concept design which I described pretty much exactly how I wanted it. The second design was a 6 Concept design which I described vaguely and asked for ideas.​

Fourth, You review your concept designs and contact the Project Manager for any variations. The project manager usually replies the same day (depending on when you contact them).

Next, the designer revises your design according to your instructions. They are very good about perfecting the logo for you, they want you to be happy with their work. This team strives for excellence, not just satisfaction.

Finally, once you are satisfied you send the design into final stages. After completion, you receive the file formats you requested and you are done!
