Basically I would like the most important features of WP Zon Builder, but for Aliexpress. This includes:
1. The ability to update the data at preset intervals.
2. The ability to use my own sales buttons, and different templates for the sales page.
3. A feature that recognizes if I am trying to add a product that is already on my site.
4. The ability to change the affiliate code for all products.
5. The ability to make the "click to enlarge" product image an affiliate link.

1. The ability to update the data at preset intervals.
- This option is expected, but there are things need to consider here. According to Aliexpress API the system can update only 20 products at once from one category (Amazon updates 10 at once from one category). It is not a problem when you store 100-200 products on your site but if we take thousands of products then you come accross with difficulties. In case you will try to update the data at preset intervals (let's say once a week) very few produts will be updated regularly. The way out is to set a permanent auto update (for example, every 3 minutes) but in this case you will need a very powerful and expensive dedictaed server. So, some golden mean is required. And of cousre all these specifics will be hard to understand for end users, that's why more research and some good solution needed here.

2. The ability to use my own sales buttons, and different templates for the sales page.
- Right, it will be the next step.

3. A feature that recognizes if I am trying to add a product that is already on my site.
- The system will recognize these products and just update them without creating any duplicates. On your end you can observe how many products you had and how many new prodcuts were added.

4. The ability to change the affiliate code for all products.
- Your affiliate code is generated automatically after you set your API Key and Tracking ID in plugin settings. If you set another API Key and Tracking ID the affiliate code will be changed.

5. The ability to make the "click to enlarge" product image an affiliate link.

I think that if the interval of the update is changeable, it would be great. Personally I run WP Zon Builder on a decent VPS, and I do have more than ten thousand products listed, and they update every day. I think most people that run this Aliexpress thing will want to list thousands of products, since this is a numbers game.

- Sorry, did not understand. Could you explain in further?

I mean, that if there is a thumbnail image on the product page on my site, clicking this thumbnail should lead to the Aliexpress.com product page, and NOT to an enlarged image on my site. (at least if Aliexpress affiliate program terms and conditions allows for this kind o flinking).

It's great that AliExpress API allows collecting very interesting and useful data that will be very helpful for future affiliates.

For example, you can filter products by their commission rates (from 1% to 50%), Purchase Volume (how many times a particular product was sold for the last 30 days), Commission Expense (how much commission was earned by affiliates who promoted a particular product for the last 30 days).

It means that we can find and import the most popular and only high-earning products. Cool!

On the 11th of November there will be a shopping festival on AliExpress - it is considered as the world's biggest shopping event. If someone wants to try AliExpress affiliate program, I think it's the best time, because of huge sales and possibility to earn good commission.

There is a special promotion also available to partners of the new aliexpress portals platform.

Apart from the selective importing module, it would be cool if one could just copy paste a list of Aliexpress serial numbers. A bit like with the ASIN's in WP Zon Blaster.

Not sure if I am able to complete everything by the 11th but anyway hope to finish very soon. Now creating several templates that will be used with theplugin.

Yes, the products on AliExpress have similar IDs, so this option will definitely available with the plugin.

The plugin is almost ready. Everything works fine. Now I am developing several universal templates that could be used with the plugin and could be setup through the plugin settings. Soon I will present the first website built with the help of this plugin.

I have alos added a very useful feature - Scheduled Import.

Using this module the system will automatically import and update products on your site according to given parameters. So, you can just set all necessary filters and your site will get new products and updates on regular basis without any assistance.
