what would you do?

if you were making a steady $30k month in your early twenties, what would you do:

1. outsource some of it, work like 5-6 hrs daily (focus on business growth, slowly but surely) and do other things... study/travel etc.

2. invest most of your income back into IM, go full time (12+ hrs day), work like that for a few years and then slow down (by that I mean outsourcing, only working yourself like 2-3 hrs daily).

overall, what's your final goal (amount per month) and what kinda schedule you wanna have, what's ideal for you?

I'd invest a decent amount in equities, that way I would have a long term place to keep my money -- while still beating inflation. I would basically just keep on working, keep on grinding. Of course I would get to a point of "eh 80k a month is enough for me" and I would just maintain.

Hey,

Outsource as much as possible and reduce the workload to less than 1-2 hours a day of management. For the rest, start studying science and make some valuable experiences. Whatever makes you happy. Believe me, if you spend 12hrs a day working towards making more and more money.. you'll regret it later. Life is not all about money, and money does not make you happy... neither does an increase in possessions. The delusion that possessions and the status that comes with it will make you happy has been created by the advertisement industry by combining basic human needs with products... with enough repetition, you'll become conditioned to subconsciously believe those products will actually fulfill those basic human needs. That's why people are actually emotional about products... which is nothing but pure insanity.

Enjoy your life, do some great things for others, make worthwhile experiences. That's the best advice I can give.

I would work on building a residual income. 10k a month is enough for me. But if I had only those 2 options, then number 1.

depends on the circumstances and the method that you have, if its scalable most importantly. If it was, then I would be investing as much back in as possible (and probably spending a bit as well).

Do a mix of both. You're young, energetic, and hungry. Don't go full-time travel/leisure status, do the full-time gig, etc. But enjoy life here and there.

I'd do the grind for a few years, so if I were making 30k a month, i'd invest in some property and try scale it up to 50-60k a month within a couple years. Then i'd retire at a 30something with some great income and property to my name

$7500 monthly is my goal. Getting close and still making above the average $2000k/mo income in the states. At $90k - $100k annually I'll be more than set for life & more wealthy than my entire family tree. I'll be the one to break the mold and provide stability for my future generations.

It's better not to post anything rather than try to show off with meaningless posts. I said if I were making $100k month, I would not work for more than 6 hrs daily, of course if I'm not aiming to be a millionaire, but you already are one if you make that much.

My point is that although your friend is making a very nice income, he is still working his ass off (your words), whereas you said you would work less than 6 hours a day and travel.

Your attitude is entirely different to his and one of you earns much more than the other.

The difference is down to the work rate - that was my point.

That may be meaningless to you, but it is not meaningless to your friend who makes $100K per month
