As many of you that know I am typically a lily white hat guy that builds sites for the long term and banks with them generating a nice passive income; it has worked well for me for 7 years or whatever. I prefer the long term take my time approach to generate a strong solid income and I know it is not going to happen for me overnight and I am a little set in my ways there.
But I am not stupid (well, maybe not
real stupid is more accurate).
I do dabble in some of the dark side things if I can put a decent buck in my pocket but I am not even close to being remotely well versed in that arena. I know some things for sure, but nothing that I would write home about and nothing that could vault a site into the top of the serps real fast so I could bank real fast.
Thus I have to use a professional when I see an opportunity to do a churn and burn.
When that arises, I hit up t0mmy and have done so on several occasions.
This most recent one I had a legal domain that was tied to a particular service an attorney would provide and since that niche is a little outside of my business model, yet I had a nice domain I got from
accelerator_dd, I figured the best way to bank was to do a churn and burn.
I did my KW research for the niche and I populated the site with a few articles and then a bunch of spun stuff using WP-Robot that was KW intense and hit up t0mmy to have him work his magic with all his crazy stuff.
I then grabbed a Spam Nation package and combined it with one of his Speed Rank packages and went on my merry little way. To be honest, I forgot about it a bit... not completely as I spent a little money but it was not a forefront thing in my mind.
When one of my adsense accounts spiked one day I took a look in my account and saw the site that was making that cash and it was the legal one I had set up for this project. It kind of cracked me up as I was not expecting the bump and the bump was not some small local street speed bump it was a very nice jump in revenue.
The money that came in was 8 times what I spent on the project and the actual time I spent was under 2 hours.
For a Fast and Furious type project this one was a winner!
Here is something pretty funny related to this, I gave away a similar domain just last week to a guy as it was sitting doing nothing and even told him part of how I used this one.
