Yes almost all links are already indexed, so no need to use an indexer on them. I used to promote Link pushing, but I stopped working with them actually a couple years ago. These are nothing to do with them, this is my own thing.

You could use it for Tier 1 or anything above. You can use it on the money site, but I recommend you only send a portion of it to the money site if you do, as its a lot of links. Ive not had a Tier 1 web 2.0 get deleted for anything close to this. I got one deleted for bombing a couple million or so links at it in a couple weeks time, but not something so small. However it dominated spot #1 for a very high competition keywords for nearly a month and then was in the top 3 for weeks longer before it finally dropped.

Yes, I can do this. At least so long as it doesn't get crazy, I can't do like
keyword 1 .007%
keyword 2 1.4%
keyword 3 .09%
etc...
or
Group 1
40% of total keywords
then under group 1 have 3 sub groups and say that group 1a gets 20% of the 40% and then group 1b gets 10% and then group 1c gets 50% except there are 4 keywords in group 1 c and I want 1 of them to have 75% of the 50% from group1c which is 40% of the total keywords. I actually got something somewhat like this once and it gets way to confusing to try and do this. lol
So yes
keyword 1 20%
keyword 2 30%
keyword 3 10%
etc...
thats no issues.
