Youtube without being on camera

Do you think you can be a successful youtuber without being on camera? I want to start a youtube channel where I review different products but I don't want to be on camera because I like to keep somethings private and I don't want coworkers finding me online. Do you know of any youtubers who have had good success but have never been on camera?

You could do it with animation, a lot of companies do reviews that way. People connect with faces though so keep that in mind

Yes it can be done you either outsource your video creation task on fiverr for cheap or use a whiteboard video creation software.

Yes, absolutely. I managed to break $200 / day by uploading voiceover videos to youtube (that directed to CB products).

But keep in mind, it took me months of practice to get good at. I would watch voice over actors, tutorials, plus I have my own recording studio which also helped.

Reviewing could work, if its entertaining and not boring. If it did do well people would recognize your voice. The animation is not a bad idea. Maybe interview people. How many hits do you even need to make decent coin on youtube?

Yes, you can do it. With whiteboard or slideshow for making an video then uploading it to Youtube.

Good question, although to start I'd love to make just a couple hundred a month extra, but I know it will take a little time.

If you're entertaining people, it can be tough without a face. Animation that's of enjoyable quality is time consuming and costly. Just warning you. Voiceovers have still been successful so if you're confident and research others who've done it, then do it.

Wiz shared a very nice video creation tool called Easy Sketch Pro. You could have a lot of fun with that. It's sketching and no real people are used. It's around here somewhere. Just do a search to find it.

I would suggest you to enter the toy niche, buy a bunch of kinder eggs, review them one by one.

I don't think you need to show your face to be successful, I've seen many popular youtubers (many in the how to niche especially) that had great success and never showed their face. Also, animations are a good idea too.

This question posted by FestooningFlamingo was exactly what I have been wondering for some time now. Having said that, a shout out and thank you to Hekke for the 2 excellent examples.

The owner of the surprise _ toys YT channel had 1 video made 4 months ago that got over 61 million views. That's not a mistake or misprint either. Wow! Thank you for the 2 great examples.

If anyone else know of more great examples, please post them as the 2 examples are fantastic, but a little hard for me to relate to based on their subject content, which is for parents buying toys for kids I believe.

All examples in every niche would be greatly appreciated.

Create a slides of pictures video content. Can be done using windows xp. check windows movie maker.

I can think of endless examples that are really killing it. I started a channel a little while ago and it seams to grow. Currently it is only bringing in $100/month but it has potential.

Of course showing your face and having an audience that likes you and not just your content is way more valuable and loyal.

But either way make sure what you are going to produce has potential to get big so you don't waste time and effort because a youtube journey is a really long journey but it surely does pay off. You simply look for other channels with similar idea to yours and see how successful they are and how much time it took that to get where they are.

I know a guy I forgot what his channel was that shared very interesting things from our world by just making slide shows and narration and right now he is making around $600/day.
