I don't know why you need a bot. Create a lot of Google Plus pages and automatically YouTube creates corresponding YT channels.
When you've 50/100 accounts set up imacros bot (record it yourself) and go hard with YT thumbs on comments. I think it's easy and and I did it.

To comment with bot you need to set up the comments which will they use. So basically you did nothing its the same as you comment.

Really? I heard its opposite way...Its easy to get comment bot and tough for Thumbs up (I got it for 400$)
