i have paypal account have final limit, maybe banned. and ask to me wait 180days to process the refund the money. cause i have login so many time form different country and keep use vpn in my computer. finally they reject me. can you solve it? before 180days? all detail proff address, driver licence, credit card, bill statement i been report to paypal already. but they still refuse my account.

i actually just gave secondeye another chance, i payed $60 for the "magic 6 hour service" he claimed, so the $30 gets doubled and you get it within 6 hours, its now been almost triple that time and not even a response after they received the payment. this time directly with him.
