It is important to note that if he becomes a DONOR (pink name) now,
if he wants to become a Jr. VIP after he reaches 100 post points, he
will need to pay an additional $97. However, if he waits until he has
100 post points, he can go straight to Jr. VIP for $97.

You need to be nominated by an existing Executive VIP and
voted in by at least 50% of the other Executive VIP's and
ultimately approved by an Administrator.

I think I know of some hospitals that are routinely finding people who are dead or otherwise, and sell their organs to middle east and other markets. Those big hospitals in my place are also demanding a set number of patients as referrals from local family practitioners and small nursing homes, in the name of running the huge hospital, but I think I know the real true reason behind the demand. Those bigger guys are removing "matching" organs from patients who are operated on other parts of the body... a case happened in the case of my friend's father, his kidney was removed while he was being operated on his leg... and the trade is going on for decades... feel like removing those doctors' organs without giving them any anesthesia too so that they understand how much they are moved away from ethics... I feel sorry when I read or hear about those things...

I love it because not every kid can come on and ruin a method. Also keeps moles out.
