Without knowing which order this is (since you did not provide an Order ID or any way to identify you), it is a little difficult for us to provide you with information which could improve the results. It bears pointing out however that your order (as nearly all orders which we complete) included a significant overdelivery of the Web 2.0s. So you still have almost the same amount of Web 2.0s live as what you had originally ordered.
As for results, most of your keywords did in fact see ranking improvements. There are no specific ranking guarantees with this service, especially considering the fact that there are on-site factors involved in determining your ranking results in addition to backlinks.
