hi i'm a nigerian. And i want a US or UK paypal account that I can use securely for my online transactions. I wonder if you can help me as if i open the paypal account with a Nigerian Ip it is limited. Although paypal has recently accepted Nigerians, it is limited in its application. It is operated via just one bank for now,and it doesn't give you all the features of a standard paypal account.

i have listed my transaction details above, all the is needed is proof of address, the account you provided me has had nothing but limitations and limits for over 5 weeks now.

i have applied for a refund through skrill, pleasure doing business with a scam artist using dummy accounts and mods on this forum to boast a fake service.

yep as a member here reminded me they seem to be waiting for the 45 day period so i cannot refund anymore, i placed a refund and also filled the scam through my credit card company, ive received my funds back.

hes scammed me and your all still bumping him?

he provided me a paypal without limits taken off, and i payed the full $60, he then spent a month fixing that, then left the account without proof of address and limited so no money in and out.

when i came back to forums, he instantly deleted me off skype, as did his buddy

mabye a mod needs to get involved because alot of members giving fake bumps to a scam service
