Gotta love the sheriff of BHW 
That was a well spent 97$ for Trish, Devil Hunt or what ever Vishuu he was. Kinda stupid to link the same skype to multiple accounts, especially after two of them are spammed.

I guess he will be paid
but in my opinion its not fair to ban someone with previously banned acc. unless he had scammed someone... Mods must have given him a chance as he stated his previous acc. was banned for infraction.

Thank you for your opinion, but we have specific rules that we follow - so in the end, he brought the increased attention to himself and got himself re-banned.

So you think it is okay for a member to be permanently banned
and then sign up again for a new account? There are more
reasons to justify a permanent ban than scamming - like
selling outside of the Marketplace, insulting staff members,
insulting members, sending unsolicited PM's, etc, etc.

Im sure the mods dealt with it in a fair manner. Im a member of many forums, so far I found the mods on BHW to be extremely nice. As long as you stay on the right side of the BHW law, then there's no reason for them to ban you

MODS have already banned his previous accounts for what he did wrong , as i see his new acc. was good and had some positive itrade feedback and some good posts too , so in my opinion you should have given him a chance as his new account was ok with BHW TOS .
What if a prisoner lands on BHW to earn some money for his good future life will he be banned because of his past records or BHW will only track his present work

You will see in the signature section of perma-banned members this "This member has been permanently banned from BHW."
Let's break that down:
This member- as in as in an individual belonging to a group - or a person
has been permanently - as in forever - until the end of time - never again
banned - outlawed, prohibited, expelled
from BHW
So that means that the person is never allowed back - it doesn't matter if you're on a new account because making another account is also against the rules not to mention it is you being banned and not the account.

The reason the forum has such rules and the reason Mods ban people is simple, it is to protect the community.
The OP had been banned twice and it was clear his intention was to open a BST.
Do you really want to be buying SEO services from somebody that isn't bright enough to cover his tracks?
I am all for giving people a second chance but on a forum like this you have to be careful.

if his intention was to open a BST and scamm people he might have changed his skypeeeeee and opened up a stealth acc.
