As long as you send him the paypal transaction ID everything should be fine. He will take a day or 2 to get back to you with your site info. Also, I don't think he works on weekends. I might be wrong about that but either way you have nothing to worry about

I don't know about how well the sites monetize but they definitely do not pass adsense requirements for the approval process. FYI for anyone who is thinking of getting this to pass their site approval.

Also, do you do any SEO work on these sites? If you don't can you do anything SEO related to rank them on the first page for extra payment?
How many articles are included in the $49 package, and how much would extra articles cost?

Thank you so much! I ordered a few days ago got a keyword fast with a domain to buy, he completed the site in 2-3 days, maybe sooner as I didn't pay to much attention as I have been busy all week. Sent me a useful SEO guide too, so that was a nice bonus. Nice little logo, quality content, images, but of course I had to fix some spelling, to be honest I spent maybe 10 minutes or less doing, so not much at all, English must not be his first language but even so he did great. Informative information. The keyword grants me possibility with affiliate products too . Already have had over 10 visitors to my site which is nice. Applied for Google Adsense as soon as he finished it, got approved fully in two days which was fast. Got ads up and already some visitors, quite amazing work my good sir! I will report back once I start getting some revenue. And most of all I will be back for more sites in the near future!!! Thanks again.
