Review:

I received the report after 4 business days. I bought 200 PR2+ comments, after filtering duplicates there were 55 unique domains, minimum OBL is 16, maximum OBL is 358. All PR of pages is there (some fake), however many links from higher PR pages already moved to the second page of comments (no value here) and due to high demand, other most valuable links will be pushed away within a week.
