Really not happy with this service -- ordered 3 set of articles, was given delivery time promise of 48 - 72 hours this did not happen and still waiting for articles.
1st batch the Op did not read the order notes and so i did not get all in plain text as asked for.
2nd batch was ok
3rd batch - ordered 1 original, 2 rewrites, and extra titles - that is 4 files -- only received 2 articles

The article content was all satisfactory.
Communication - almost non - poor
Attention to detail - poor

I dont know why the op needs to add a 1000 word section when delivering a order, to advertise all his other services real pain to scroll thru all that.
