Heya,
New to CPA here. I already have a website and would like a link lockers, but could only find how to create one and send the visitor to a landing page (gotlinks.co/xxxx).
Is there a solution to embed a JS code and have the survey window triggered and popup when an element is clicked in my own site? I don't want my visitor to leave it.

In the source code after completing a survey it says the bellow quoted text along with a form.
Thank you very much for completing this offer! All you have to do now is to put in your email and we will send you a link to your unlocked content!
What's the point of having them email opt-in in order to view the link?
1) Will you send other offers to this email?
2) If so, I guess I won't be credited for any future converts?
3) Can I access the list of email opt-ins I've built?
4) How does the email look like, branded?

Hi Schvamp,

Thanks for the post. I think what you're trying to do is have the locker appear on action, we have that option within the "Content Locker" creation wizard (not the link locker). This is where a locker appears when an element is clicked.

Re the e-mail to send the URL.

We're not currently doing any sort of marketing with the e-mails or monetizing those users at present moment. We'll circle back if that changes at some point in the future.
Like other ads, you cannot access or capture their information. Your compensation is for the information that you capture and pass to the advertiser (similarly, you can't copy the information a user fills out on a survey as this is for the advertiser).

What we are doing, at present moment, is using it to support the validity of our incentive based campaigns. Incent has come under quite a bit of scrutiny and having that extra step is not only an additional measure that allows us to verify a real user, it lets us show advertisers how many of those URLs were received and clicked on. This in turn supports the notion that there are real people entering their info.

We added this final step after you (The Affiliate) had already monetized the user for accessing content so that it would not interfere with conversions or negatively impact the monetization process whatsoever. Rather, we hope that we can continue compiling information to support the incentive space (a division of CPAlead) as being legitimate. There are a handful of valuable advertisers who are on the fence about allowing incent traffic and being able to win them over would deliver quite a bit of value to everyone. I can't guarantee when or if that will happen for specific advertisers but I can say that we've been successful in growing the space year over year and bringing on more valuable advertisers.

If you need further assistance, please ping me via PM. I'm not entirely certain if I was able to answer your question regarding the locker creation and would be happy to discuss further.

Thanks,
Peter

Quick question about the offers.
The offers that show up are based on the ranks of the offers right?
How often do these "ranks" get updated?

How often do you reply to support emails? i have sent you one and still no answer

Quick question about the offers.

Hi beest123,

Great question. Offers USED to be based on a system rank - which is what regular networks do. However, we recently introduced our offer engine and that ranks offers based on YOUR stats, your traffic behavior and your performance. This way offers are 100% customized to your performance. If an offer does well for you, it goes up in rank for you, if it does poorly for you then it falls down in rank. Everything is based on your individual statistics.

We spent a year building out a system with a custom algorithm because we believe you should get the right offers for your traffic and it should be 100% customized. System "averages" don't give you the best performance for your individual traffic.

In terms of updating, they're updated in real time. Every minute, every click and every lead impacts your stats.

Please let me know if that helps,
Peter

How often do you reply to support emails? i have sent you one and still no answer

Hi Wheels70,

I reply as quickly as possible. However, I'm not in the support department. Our support department replies to tickets and inquiries ASAP, we strive to reply within a few hours and at most, we can assure that you receive a reply within 24 hours.

If you're looking for support from the CPAlead team, the best way is to contact us directly vs through forums - if anything gets missed or you ever have an issue, please let me know. We do leave surveys for you to provide us feedback at the end of a support inquiry but I love to hear directly from Affiliates as your feedback allows us to improve.

Thanks

Hi. the weekly payment is still charged 20% ?

Hi dean911,

We've never charged a 20% fee for weekly payments. For those Affiliates who are on bi-weekly, weekly etc, we have no fees.
For those who opt into getting a VEP weekly (very early payment / 'weekly quick pay') the standard 20% does apply yes.

Does that help?

Peter

To all those who have won prizes, unlocked achievements or otherwise. Please know that we'll be shipping the next round of rewards out this week!
Thanks and congrats to those who have something coming in the mail. :)

I'm having an issue with this site. All the offer links take me to random surveys. For example, if i click a "win an iphone 5" offer, the link takes me to a completely different survey! For example, i keep getting sent to this one M&M offer that is completely unrelated.

I am having issue with the site from last week, i can't login to my account.

I already emailed to support and pm you but no reply yet

Hi FearedPixel,

That's very odd indeed. I haven't heard of anyone having that issue but I'm sure there's a very good explanation and it may be specific to your setup. The best way to get things sorted out would be to send me a PM so that we can discuss in more detail (without taking over the thread of course). Please do that whenever you have a moment.

Thanks,
Peter

Hi Gunur, if you're able to visit the site then it wouldn't be any downtime, we also have no downtime reports.
Do you have any plugins installed by chance? There are quite a few out there and one may have interfered with the process. Do you have cookies enabled?

Please send me a PM and we'll make sure that there's a solution for you one way or another.

Best Regards,
Peter

Glad to see CPAlead back in good terms with blackhatworld. I was never really active on cpalead when the previous owner was mucking things up. My account stayed up during the transition to new management and that's when I started sending more traffic to the cpalead offers. I've always received payment and have had nothing but a great experience with cpalead.

Just want to say that the weekly quick pay kicks ass. I'm ok with the 20% fee as I don't bank as much as some big time affiliates. Hope to ramp up earnings to the point were it might be a good idea to switch back to net30 and retain that 20% though.

Good luck CPALead. You guys have been great to me.

Let's say I have traffic from PC and from mobile devices.

Does it means that when a user visits my website from PC, it will get offers for PC, but when it comes from a mobile device, iphone etc, they will see mobile offers

thx

Great network ;)
do you provide weekly payements ?

Hi Fay Cal,

Yes, please see BucketBots post for all the details. In short, regardless of your situation or earnings level, we have a solution that will help you get paid as quickly as possible :)

Thanks so much Bucketbot, very much appreciated.

I think its one thing to say you're partnering with Affiliates because that's the buzz phrase networks need to use for marketing purposes but actually living up to that is what matters. We know that everyone has a different situation so that's exactly why we came out with instapay, weekly quick pay and multiple other options. As an Affiliate, options are everything, not everyone will fit into a single bracket so we want to be pliable and work with all of you to figure out what's best for you.

If you do switch off and you're ramping up, please let us know, we'll improve those terms and make sure its the best solution possible for you :)

Peter

I have just registered. :) Seems interesting, thanks mate :)

Thanks Shanna_Doll, please feel free to ping us with any questions you may have at all.
Also do feel free to take advantage of our marketplace and chat where you can find all sorts of great tools, tips and resources that should help along the way.

Do you guys happen to have a e cigarette offer?

Hi SnoopyDrew,

We don't right now but we should have quite a few shortly. We also have a feature built in where you can request an offer. If there's ever any offer out there that you want or need, request it. We do our best to have the perfect inventory but no one is more on top of things than Affiliates, you tell us what you need if we don't have it and we'll get it. That's our job :)

Let's say I have traffic from PC and from mobile devices.

Absolutely Shanna_doll, we'll detect the user agent and other details that will allow us to show the optimal offer to each user. Some offers are specific to desktop PC, some to desktop Mac, some to mobile, some to iPad etc. Whoever and whatever we see, we'll target them specifically for you so that you don't lose any traffic.
