Just got two projects completed, one on iOS and one on Android to improve 2 existing apps I owned where the previously developer had vanished.

iOS went particularly well - the developer we were assigned was excellent and delivered ahead of schedule. Quality was excellent. Android developer was also good - took a little longer than iOS but overall was still quality output.

Overall - it's much quicker and easier to have Sumit's team manage and recruit developers for you than it is to find someone yourself and manage them.

Highly recommended (and I'm hard to please)

Looking specifically for an Excel VBA programmer for a moderately complex scrape and format job. It does have to be Excel (people keep trying to talk me out of it, but it's a cast iron requirement)
Can your guys do this. I'm guessing it's 10-20 hours work for a competant programmer.

If that goes ok I have a couple of larger (none Excel) jobs that I'll need later in the year.

Hi Scritty,

I spoke about this job with the programmers we manage when you last requested. None of them had actual experience in VBA programming at that point of time, but as I know its nothing but VB scripting which runs as an excel macro I asked them to research and do some test tasks so if a future requirements come we can handle it.

Few of them did that out of interest, so right now I have around 5 guys who have SOME experience in coding an excel macro.

I am not confident if Codemongoose should take up this project based on that but I would love to give it a try as my personal interest.

Hi, i need to accomodate a little thing for a wordpress stuff. I have the theme, and all the tools.

Is there any chance to contact you directly so i can tell u what do i need ? Becouse honestly paying for a month would be a total waste of money since my problem could be resolved in a single day, it's wordpress related, so i'd need to pay per hours or something similar.

Is that possible?
 
Great service Sumit. Just wondering, what gives you the advantage in finding coders over a freelance site? On oDesk, its so hard to find capable programmers, at any budget, but you seem to have them here. What gives? :)

Hi, am sorry. Our devs are looking only for larger jobs, which last atleast for half a month.

Hi Macdonjo,

We hire them locally and they sign legal contracts with us. You can't do the same with freelance site programmers :) That's the major advantage we have.

I'm looking to have a WP plugin coded. It's nothing too complex and I have the working code to achieve manually what the plugin will need to do. What level of programmer do you think I'll need?
