If you were looking to boost the sales of your own eBay listings/items then it would work best for U.S and UK sellers who do not ship internationally.

But you could create a new eBay.com account and then browse to the eBay site of your own country where your own items are listed and create a collection of them but then you would need to be able to ship your products internationally.

If you're looking at using the method to drive traffic to your own website then anyone can use this method. I'm in the UK and created a new U.S eBay account just to use the method to drive traffic to my own website plus take advantage of the SEO side of the method.

I'm going to try it, it can be used for so many niches, I already have a few ideas.

Not many ebay users doing it atm. Yes, I'm sure you can get traffic to your site with this method by teasing your visitors.
Easy traffic if you know what you're doing.

I had the chance to review this product and i must say this is something truly new and unexploited and one should really take advantage of this specially for me the authority part of ranking your property attracts a lot and from what i can see this will benefit Ebay users a lot. I dont think anyone is talking about this at the moment but what i do know that i will be using the ranking strategy by OP.
