Saw this thread and was really interested to check out this service, and got OP approval to review this service and i must say am more than impressed!
I would have given exact DA, PR and other metric of these domains, but won't, so as not to leave footprints.
OP gave me access to this domains within a space of 30 Minutes and i have access to all these blogs, and running the blogs on bulk DA, PA, Link Checker, i was amazed at the number of links, PR and DA each domain have.
There are lots of other TLDs, to make everything look natural, with TLD's like: .info, .org, .net and .com Domain, and some domain already have links indexed by google, wonderful articles without links in them.
No spun articles in the few domains i checked and sincerely, this is the best private blog network i have seen! Some Domain are indexed in Google and have a DA of more than 35!
Lovely, certainly, this is one of the strong things i need to push my Main money site to the first page of google without breaking any rules or leaving any footprints. It's like guest posting on authority websites.

My Review: I Got Access to the Network almost instantly and OP lets me know about it. Today i had a look at all the Blogs in the Network, Checked DA/PA/PR/TF/CF... And everything is as Advertised in OP.
I Have already Submitted my article on couple of blogs and they were live In just a matter of time, Best part is i can edit them any time.

I have waited before just leaving a review as I wanted to see how good the articles/posts are that gets approved on the sites. I must say the started thus far has been good, I hope they keep it that way and edit some of the posts in terms of layout so that it stays looking professional.
How I am using this network is to add some punch to my own network links I am sending to my money sites, so basically having niche relevant links with not the best PR and adding this network's links to punch some power.
I would jump onto this as I have my own small network and know the cost of running it, this is an absolute steal even at $100.

I have a question, will you keep others from spamming these blogs with trash tiers? I am concerned that others will spam these sites building teirs on them and destroy them.
The overall quality of these sites are good and most have good PA/DA and the content is good from what I have seen.
You can even schedule out your post, dripping them at the rate you want, which is incredible to me.
It's a great idea, just hope he keeps others from spamming.
